The staff are second to none!
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The best part was the staff though (especially Carlos at the front desk). They were the most helpful, accommodating, and kind hotel staff I’ve ever encountered!

Great location for the Metro.
Pros:

No lift to the floors, so 5 flights of stairs to get to the 5th Floor.

Goed hotel voor een stedentrip van 3/4 dagen
Pros:

Compact, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, 30 min lopen naar centrum. Metro dichtbij. Elke dag bed opgemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken. Kortom een goed hotel voor een stedentrip.

Cons:

Kleinere slaapkamer, kleine badkamer waarvan de douchedeur niet goed afsloot en daardoor de grond heel nat was. Uitzicht op vier betonnen muren. Ze gingen met de douche cabine aan de slag om deze te repareren.

Soggiorno piacevole ma in hotel
Pros:

Appena arrivati nella struttura, abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi: lo scarico della doccia non funzionava correttamente, la camera non corrispondeva a quanto prenotato e le condizioni generali non erano soddisfacenti. Preferisco sorvolare sulle modalità con cui è stato effettuato il tentativo di sbloccare lo scarico della doccia.
Va comunque riconosciuta la disponibilità del personale, che ci ha proposto immediatamente il trasferimento in un hotel. Quest'ultimo si è rivelato una soluzione adeguata, con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Cons:

Camera proposta prima del cambio. La posizione anche se comoda per raggiungere il centro con i mezzi la sera non è molto sicura

Lokacija je izvrsna i sve je čisto. Housekeeping je za svaku pohvalu!

Jastuci su vrlo neudobni i svakako bi istaknula ukoliko netko traži bračni krevet i sobu koju je rezervirao, bilo bi poželjno da se takve stvari uvaže, Obzirom da smo stavili oznaku isključivo bračnog kreveta i naglasili smo to prilikom rezervacije, a dočekala su nas 2 kreveta za jednu osobu.

The property was great for one night!

I thought the property was very convenient to downtown. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

There was nothing I disliked about the property. As I mentioned above, the property was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was lots of hot water. One recommendation would be to have a coffee machine in the room.

Tolle Lage mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist schon sehr optimal, um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Lissabon mit den öffentlichen Vekehrsmitteln zu erkunden. Die METRO-Station ist sowas von direkt vor der Haustür. Näher geht absolut Überhaupt nicht. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. Man kommt überall optimal hin. Das Frühstück und die Rezeption waren im gegenüberliegenden LX Soho Boutique Hotel. Am Frühstück und dem Personal da, hatten wir nichts auszusetzen.

Cons:

Mit der optimalen Lage zur Metro und der Hauptstrasse muss man natürlich auch sagen, dass es Einschränkungen in der Nachtruhe gibt. Sofern man, wie wir ein Zimmer zur Hauptstrasse raus hat, andere Zimmer mögen sicherlich ruhiger sein.
An unserem Zimmer ist uns etwas negativ aufgefallen, dass es am Spiegel über dem Waschbecken kein Licht gab und auch ich als Mann etwas Probleme beim Rasieren hatte. Auch die Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten ohne richtigen Schrank waren etwas eingeschränkt. Wir haben uns aber arrangieren können.

Albergo consigliabilissimo per chi vuole visitare Lisbona in maniera confortevole.
Pros:

Albergo piccolo, sobrio, elegante. Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla Metro e quindi facilissimo arrivare rapidamente in centro e nei luoghi più interessanti. Staff gentilissimo. Pulizia della camera e cambio della biancheria quotidiano. Benché le finestre fossero sul fronte stradale erano perfettamente insonorizzate. In camera ogni giorno bottiglia con acqua e macchinetta per caffé, the e camomilla con cartucce a disposizione. Colazione essenziale ma completa. Frigobar perfettamente funzionante, vuoto, ma da tener presente che accanto all'albergo vi è un piccolo ma fornitissimo market dove acquistare eventualmente gli extra.

Cons:

Avrei preferito un letto matrimoniale, anziché due singoli, ma avvisando prima sono sicuro che avrebbero provveduto.
