We hebben er van genoten!
Pros:

De kamer was altijd in orde, het was allemaal goed geregeld, het ontbijt was heel lekker, en het personeel was altijd heel vriendelijk!

Cons:

Wij vonden de ligging wat minder, het is wat buiten het centrum en soms liep er wel wat raar volk buiten, zeker omdat wij 2 meisjes van 19 zijn, was het soms wel een beetje eng.

Nice cozy stay with very welcoming staff with a great location
Pros:

We were right outside the metro stop and there was a shop right across the road as-well. The bed was super comfortable and the staff were very responsive and accommodating. I personally liked the sky light in our room and the luggage lift was handy. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast with a lot of option but you can never go wrong with a continental!

Cons:

I know it’s out of our control but we stayed on the very top floor in the smaller room, for me it was fine because I’m small but for my boyfriend who’s taller it was a bit of a squeeze both shower wise and moving around. The facilities advertised that there was Netflix and other streaming services on the tv however in the room we stayed in it wasn’t on the actual tv itself just the remote. it’s not really a big deal I wouldn’t let that sway your decision to stay, but had I known this I would’ve brought my iPad that dos support the streaming services (but also if there weren’t 12 coastal warnings at the time that we stayed we wouldn’t have needed the tv at all 😭) Also just bear in mind that since it’s an old building there is no elevator for people but they do have an elevator for the luggage’s !

La struttura era in un ottima posizione, praticamente fuori la metro. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile ad ogni esigenza

Cons:

La camera era sporchissima: Formiche,peli, polvere
Abbiamo trovato formiche sul letto, nel bagno, in giro per la stanza. Inoltre la porta del bagno non aveva una serratura. Il bagno era sporco e pieno di peli. Il pavimento pieno di sporcizia e oggetti non riconosciuti. Abbiamo chiesto il rimborso e siamo andati via il giorno stesso del check in

Le personnel adorable et une bonne expérience dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Je pense que nous avons eu la meilleure chambre, dernier étage donnant sur la rue. Le personnel était adorable, que ce soit à l’accueil ou les femmes de ménage.

Cons:

Il y avait une odeur d’humidité dans les escaliers principaux mais pas dans les chambres, ouf !
Sinon, j’aurais préférée être prévenue à l’avance que le Check in se faisait à une autre adresse, un autre hôtel dans la même rue.

Séjour décevant en raison du manque d’accessibilité, du confort insuffisant et de l'hygiènes
Pros:

L'emplacement est vraiment bien avec le métro juste à côté, il y a également beaucoup de commerces.

Cons:

L’hôtel ne dispose pas d’ascenseur accessible aux clients, celui-ci étant réservé uniquement aux bagages. Je ne recommande donc pas cet établissement aux personnes âgées.
La chambre ne correspondait pas à nos attentes : il n’y avait pas d’armoire, seulement un petit porte-cintres. Au vu du prix payé, nous avons été très déçus par la qualité globale de l’hôtel.
Pour couronner le tout, nous avons subi une invasion de fourmis, ce qui nous a contraints à jeter notre nourriture.

The worst room ever
Pros:

Only its location was good because it was near the metro line

Cons:

It was the worst hotel I have ever been to. It was too dirty. They didn’t change towels and all the hotel including our room was smelling too awful that we couldn’t sleep. On top of that was the bathroom that it was outside from our room and we have to go through public way to go to our bathroom and of course there wasn’t written in our reservation . Please don’t book at this hotel.

Pros:

Personnel au top (accueil, communication, sympathie). Le petit dej est très complet et bon. Métro au pied de l’hôtel

Cons:

La salle de bain : les portes de douche ne se ferment pas bien donc tapis trempé après la douche. Pas de brosse pour nettoyer les toilettes.
Odeurs d’égout dans l’entrée et mauvaise isolation (environnement bruyant)

Se poate si mai bine!

Locatia aproape de toate obiectivele centrale.

Cons:

Camera nu avea fereastra. Baia era de fapt amenajata in balconul inchis. O sa fiu mai atenta data viitoare....Salteaua patului foarte incomoda si veche.
