Quite and nice

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I could hear literally every word that was happening in the hotel room next to me. There was also so much noise all night long. The room, they said was just opened a month ago, was so disgusting there was hair all in the shower, spiders climbing up the wall brown on the trim in the tile in the shower, cigarette burns in the couch, the air conditioner was falling apart, There was chipped paint everywhere. It was just awful. We’re home. We’re home thank goodness.

We arrived late in the evening. Friendly staff. Breakfast was nice. Clean and comfortable room

Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, good hotel for the price, pool was clean (although towels for the pool are tiny, even for my small child they weren't big enough)

Was nice to have the breakfast and the gravy was good and eggs fine and neat to have waffle maker but the sausage tasted spoiled, the shampoo/cond little travel bottles were already half used, toilet paper was terrible

Very noisy due to kids.

All was good except security! Had issue with kids playing basketball and jumping on beds in the room above ours and could get no answer from front desk! The noise finally stopped about midnight so we could get some sleep! Front desk this morning said that someone should have answered my call and would check into it!

We had a nice stay!!! Bed was comfortable, nice breakfast, and we were shocked the pool was open which hasn’t been the case at most hotels we’ve stayed at!!

The workout center is extremely small, has no free weights and no thermostat, so the temperature was pretty toasty! It also opens to the breakfast area so you could smell the breakfast items. One of the machines was not functioning, and the tv would not work either. They said the hotel was about to update the workout facility so they were waiting to repair those things. The shower had weak pressure, however, the beds were very comfortable, and there were ample pillows so we rested well!

Was most impressed with the cleanliness and professional staff at this property. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Joplin and will recommend it to family and friends.
