Hotel went downhill over last 3 months.
Pros:

TV, the shade on window.

Cons:

The bed was too hard, the sink had a lots of cracks. The business chair arm kept falling off. Chinchy sheets not good quality. The Ice bucket was filthy. The shade on light was torn up. The desk is wobbly. The freezer was iced over.
Worst thing was when staff walked in on me without knocking or announcing and found me half dressed. Good thing I wasn’t having sex.

I wouldn’t come back.
Cons:

The bedsheets were itchy on my skin. Breakfast felt rushed and that lady literally turned the lights off while we were finishing up the rushed breakfast.

So when we arrived there was no one at the counter and a sign saying sorry we have stepped away and to call a number which when we did the phone in front of us rang… about 10 minutes later after waiting trying to figure out how to contact booking.com which wasn’t even easy a guy leans over the balcony and says he will be right down. Apologized and said he was making his dinner. He checked us in and when we got to our room it was like 90 degrees, the AC had not been running, this is Texas in the summer. My wife goes down and tells them this and they ask us if we have “used” the room? Like the bathroom or beds, I assume he hopes he can reuse the room later maybe idk. He gets us a new room which had the AC on so it wasn’t bad but it was also not very nice. Carpet floors were sticky, bathtub was grimy and just wasn’t somewhere I would probably stay again. The next day some random lady asked me to watch a lady in the blue shirt saying she was Jean Benet Ramsey.. It wasn’t expensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

We were approached by a women on drugs staying at the hotel who later was of in room where multiple police broke down her door.
Then there where cockroaches in the room one crawled on me , there was a sex pill and trash behind the couch
Three people approached us in parking lot drunk wanting to fight they were also tenants
We left a day early then we were charged twice and yelled at by employee
Said they have no management
Said we can’t get refunds

the guy at the front was understanding and changed our rooms

Cons:

we found bed bugs in our room in the beds and it smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room and the room we where moved to both tvs didn’t work and the ac hardly worked after it not being on
