Pros:

El baño de la habitación superó mis expectativas! Bañera y ducha con fuerte presión de agua. Productos de aseo Dove de excelente calidad. La piscina limpia y el personal muy atento. El desayuno bien hecho. El hotel en general muy limpio y bien atendido.

Cons:

El desayuno termina a las 9:30 am y cierran la puerta. Ya no puedes coger nada más. Normalmente es hasta las 10:00 am. Todo lo demás excelente.

Heavy chemical smells throughout otherwise good stay
Pros:

We stayed in room 101. Very clean compared to other HGI’s I’ve stayed in. Very nice staff. Decent breakfast, well stocked up until service ended. Hard boiled eggs, scrambled powder eggs, pork sausage and seasoned potatoes, yogurt, few cereals, pancake machine and some pastries and apples. I appreciate their 24/7 coffee station that is well stocked with real 1/2-1/2 as well as coffee mate flavors and teas.

Lobby is nice and clean, parking was easy. Nice pool area and fitness area.

Cons:

They dose the rooms with heavy air fresheners which made it very challenging for me and my child.. we both allergies and asthma. And the scent is everywhere, in the rooms, the lobby and bathrooms it’s like you can’t escape it. Terrible for guests with compromised health issues plus they are subjecting all guests to exposure to these unnecessary chemicals. Clean should smell like nothing. I would urge management to reconsider the heavy use of these fragrances. If the hotel is well cleaned and maintained-the excessive scents are not necessary.
