NO WORKING WATER

We reach the hotel after driving over 5+ hours to the location. The front desk lady charged us an additional $9 for parking which was an added fee never noted when booking. When we got to the room there was no working water. We had a wedding to attend and we had to scramble to find other accommodations. Why not tell guests before hand if this is an issue? The front desk lady was nothing but rude to us when the issue was clearly on their end. Just so disappointed with the experience. We ended up being late for the wedding due to this misshap.
