Clean, Professional Stay — But the Pillows and Locked HDMI Are Dealbreakers

Overall, this is a solid property with a professional staff and clean, well-maintained rooms. That said, there are a few areas where relatively small improvements would make a meaningful difference to the guest experience.

Pros:

Staff: The staff are courteous, responsive, and professional. Extra pillows were delivered promptly upon request, which is always appreciated.
Cleanliness: The room was clean and well kept, with no issues to note.
Air Conditioning: The room features a modern split wall A/C unit, which is efficient and effective. As someone who travels extensively, this is actually preferable to many traditional hotel HVAC systems.

Seating: The in-room chair and footrest deserve special mention—very comfortable, even for a larger guest. A surprisingly nice touch that does not go unnoticed.

Cons:

Mattress: The mattress is average. Not uncomfortable, but clearly not premium. It gets the job done, but does not stand out.

Pillows: This is an easy area for improvement. While extra pillows were provided quickly, all of them were extremely flat—pancake-flat, unfortunately. Offering firmer, more supportive pillows would significantly improve sleep quality.

Television & Connectivity: This was the biggest disappointment. The TV is a basic 50-inch flat screen, which is acceptable, but the HDMI inputs are locked. As a frequent traveler who brings an Amazon Fire Stick, this restriction prevents guests from using their own streaming devices, gaming consoles, or other personal entertainment. This is something I have not encountered before and was a notable negative. Restricting guest-provided entertainment feels unnecessary and out of step with modern travel expectations.

Final Thoughts:

This hotel has a strong foundation—clean rooms, good A/C, comfortable seating, and professional staff. However, upgrading the pillows and removing unnecessary restrictions on the TV inputs would go a long way toward elevating the overall experience. These are fixable items, and addressing them would significantly improve guest satisfaction.

Excellent, restful stay!
Pros:

Excellent location, extremely quiet rooms, and secure parking lot. The breakfast was surprisingly good with hot dishes and everything you could want. Even though the rooms and decor were a bit dated, all was clean, comfortable, and well-cared for. I couldn't have been happier and will hope to stay here again for future needs.

I tried to cancell my booking for 8/8 but the person at the check in desk he could not do that I would have to contact Agoda. I thought he could have helped me. I don't know if I will be back at your location.
