Le parking payant à 600 m du logement !! Dans le descriptif précisez le !! Il est noté parking intérieur ! Alors que c’est un parking souterrain de la ville à 35€ les 24h

Frigorifero rumoroso, un po' di scrostamenti sul muro del bagno, vicino alla doccia.

No hot water, mattress was old and curved, call center staff were rude, they gave me a price on the phone that was 300 euro less than my booking price, I asked for a payment link to book direct and they didn’t send, their website was down then they said there’s nothing they can do. Checkout was at 11 am, I asked for an extra hour and they refused and said they would charge 83 euro extra despite me paying 300 euro more than their quoted price on the phone. Terrible management. The cleaner was very kind and the location was convenient. Apart from that all else was bad.
