Pros:

breakfast was nice. Richard mad sure we had everything we needed.

Hotel accommodations was nice and staff very helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Weekend breakfast was good.....weekday breakfast didn't offer as much but still good. Every staff member was friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant.

Cons:

Handicap bathroom didn't have hand rail near stool....did have in walk in shower but because n wasn't handicap stool should have handicap bar next to stool.

Cons:

I booked a king suite with a jacuzzi and i was very disappointed. For $222.00 i expected more. Couldnt change the channel on the t.v. the clerk gave me a receipt stating that they wouldnt charge me a deposit but my card shows i was charged and it was not returned

Ended up leaving, they refuse to give me a refund.
Pros:

Rooms looked nice.

Cons:

The staff was not willing to work with customers. When i asked for a refund the from desk person told me my refund would be back in 2-3 days and when my refund never came the manager proceeded to yell at me interrupt me and tell me I was lying about the experience I had.

I will not be staying again
Pros:

It was clean and the breakfast was great

Cons:

Our door did not latch unless it was forced. The pool area was run down and the hot tub luke warm.The hotel charged my credit card the $100 "hold" for damages and I had to dispute it.
