Less than mediocre. Nice staff.
Pros:

I liked that it was close to everything and that it was 3 minutes away from the venue we were there to visit. The staff was very friendly but housekeeping needs to knock louder before entering.

Cons:

It smelled like mold/mildew, paint was peeling off the walls and it looked like it had flooded and receive a less that mediocre repair. The pull out sofa was so old and musty that we were afraid to even use it. The curtains didn't close all the way so we had to use the bathroom to change clothes because there were men working roght outside our window. I was using a rolling walker and the entrance was very uneven and the doors were too small. The breakfast was not good. Everything tasted microwaved. The hot tub was not working. It was way too close to the railroad tracks and not insulated enough to muffle it much. The walls and ceilings are too thin. We could hear the neighbors conversations and stomping above us all night long. Overall, I was not comfortable nor will I be back.

Very nasty and dirty. Please don't waste your money.
Pros:

WHen we first arrived they could not find out reservation. Then after about 2 hours of waiting they finally found it. The entire facility was very dirty. The room only had 1 towel. The ac unit make a humming noise that we couldn't turn off and the management would not even come look at it. Very VERY disappointed.

Cons:

Both inside and outside were filthy. Trash in the parking lot and in the lobby.

Ac was leaking and soaked the floor room was a little dirty and pullout couch had dirty pee stained sheets on it still

The pool paint was chipping and water was cold. The hot tub didn’t work, the rooms smelled weird. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Pros:

Room phone never worked. Used our own phone to call the front desk and it was listed as not working. Our first day the tv had no signal, the second day it was fixed, third day we had no signal but was repaired that evening. We were in room 207

Cons:

I have photos of literal poop smeared on the mattress I was supposed to sleep on. I’m currently filing a small claim against Booking.com and the property manager of this Comfort Inn & Suites since neither entity followed through on a promised refund. I literally called Booking.com agents and the property manager twice a day for two weeks to no avail. Avoid if possible! Terrible property and reservation system.

We didn’t get to stay and were told they had no rooms for us.
Cons:

As soon as we got our key card for our room and stepped in the room, there were dead roaches all over the floor. We told the front desk and were offered another room that had 3 times as many roaches. When we told the front desk again, she said that she had no rooms for us and would give us our full refund but we have yet to receive that and now we are not hearing back from anyone about our refund process.

I would stay again probably
Pros:

The property and staff were great. Location was fabulous.

Cons:

The breakfast was look warm to say the least. Everything was barely warm. No towels in pool room. No bedding for sofa sleeper

Cons:

The room we stayed in clearly had an animal in the room before our stay and there was white dog hair all over the carpet. Unfortunately we had checked in so late in the evening with 2 small children that were beyond tired.

Cons:

I belive this was the place where we stayed that other people were very rude. Parked their car smack in front of the entrance and it was very hard to get around it, especially with luggage.
The pool was not available!!!

It was average at best but, as a 3* hotel you cannot expect 5* service.
Pros:

It was exactly what a 3* hotel was as expected.

Cons:

I had a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign up & housekeeping knocked anyways, price should have been a little cheaper than the price. The pool was inoperable.
