Location was great
Great stay for the price. It’s nothing crazy, but the rooms are clean, the people are nice (Nani at the front desk is very polite and welcoming), has a little sitting area with a pull out sofa so the room feels a bit bigger than some. Again, great cost-efficient option.
Comfortable and clean
Breakfast was ok but the quality could be much better
Overall, my stay was good. However, there were inadequate towels for the number of guests. The shower drained very slowly resulting in standing water by the ed of your bath. At checkout, there was no one to take the work order
Our stay at Comfort Suites was wonderful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was good, with several gluten-free options available, which I really appreciated.
During our stay, we did run into an issue with our room when the shower didn't have any hot water. Nani was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He worked hard to troubleshoot the problem and, when it couldn't be resolved, quickly helped us move to a new room. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive experience. We really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. We would happily stay here again.
I stayed at the hotel for a weekend flamenco festival. Very clean, and staff were super friendly! I will definitely stay again!
Toni was very generous in my special request related to getting ready for a performance the next day. I ended up booking another night instead, and the front desk associate (I didn't catch his name) was very kind in assisting me with securing my same room.
Nani also gets a special shout-out for being super friendly and making check-in a quick, seamless experience!
Our swimsuits smelled like we were swimming in a lake. Chlorine needs to be added for starters. That said, the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean.
Hotel is run-down, dirty, and in need of a serious update. Room stunk, no soap in bathroom, and big holes in shower curtain
Coffee pot in room was broken. Breakfast was not good and pool was closed. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was kind of dumpy. For the amount of money we paid, it should have been more updated. Breakfast was only one hour, so we missed it.
The area
Being called and awakened the day before checking out and told to leave in error. It was a mistake and resolved but nota good impression
Hotel is decent but was rudely awakened and told it was time to check out. Fortunately it was straightened out but bad and frightening experience! Holiday weekend and Fifa in town getting a new room would have been almost impossible.

The sheets were worn and wrinkled with hair on them like someone had slept on them

Old hotel. Needs updating. Some lights in the room didn’t work. High cost.
Clean, spacious room and comfortable bed. Decent breakfast.
The jacked up price that weekend. When I called the hotel directly I was told $250 and then the next minute he said it was $315. I then got on Booking.com and got it for $256.
The parking lot was adequate, the ice machine worked the breakfast was average. The value was ok.
The bathroom tile floor drain was a tripping hazard and unsafe. the drain should have been flush with the tile but there was a half inch gap.
