Beds are comfortable and the shower has great power.

Cons:

The elevator was put out of power on Saturday. I'm currently walking with a cane and this was of great discomfort since we were on the 2nd floor. Our remote didn't work we got new batteries and still didn't work. After leaving I realized I had forgotten something instead of coming to the counter to speak with me we yelled back and forth on why I was back. I was told the housekeeper is upstairs to get her. I climbed the stairs once again with my cane only to be unable to locate the housekeeper because she was downstairs getting supplies. I finally found, who is an absolute delight, got me back into the room to retrieve my items. As I was leaving I realized that the public restroom was marked out of service by the pool. I found all of this rather upsetting and bad customer service. Then as I am pulling out of the parking lot I hit the crater in the parking lot and now need to have my wheel bearings fixed and am lucky to have made it back to Wisconsin. A refund is the least that I should get.

I’m so overwhelmed with the negative that it’s hard to dig for anything seriously good

Cons:

Due to the location, I’m sure the staff is calloused to the type of people that frequent the area, but we all aren’t the same. The entire building seems to be maintained to the very minimum standard and the front desk staff seems to have the same mentality, even for stuff they need to do at a minimum. My room was supposed to come with 2 beds, when my son and I got to the room it was a king bed and a couch that turned into a bed, no sheets or pillows and the mattress looked like a crime scene. I went down to inquire and instead of arguing I just asked for the linen…c’mon man, if you knew it was a couch bed, why didn’t you give me the linen to begin with? Then I put the key card in my pocket with my AirPods and apparently that erased the data, so I went back down and asked for a new one…you would have thought I poked the guy in the eye. Dogs barking, cigarette smoke billowing out of a room, some thug lurking in the hallway and a wrestling match a few doors down I seriously thought about eating the cost and going to a different hotel, but I just made sure the door was locked and took some NyQuil. They need to adjust the star rating, I’ll never go there again.

Cons:

Hot tub didn't work, the microwave was missing the plate that rotates the food. There was no chair not even a desk chair. Turning the shower on with Arthritis and severe RA was impossible. Front desk came and assisted us thankfully
