All was comfortable with an amazing breakfast! Despite some inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay!

The breakfast was fantastic! The front desk staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The lighting in the rooms were not great and the floors were a bit dirty. After wearing socks for just and hour or two, the bottoms were black. There were not any vending machines or snack options in the lobby despite signs for snacks with prices. The breakfast was amazing, but there was a cleaning staff member who would not smile and seemed annoyed any time my two children would drop a few crumbs on the floor. She was literally sweeping under our feet while we were eating.

It was a nice hote for a short stay.
Pros:

The bed and sheets were comfortable. The breakfast was nice even though there wasn’t water available. The people were so sweet and kind. The room smelled nice.

Cons:

The pool was HOT. I know some of that is out of their control though. Twice there wasn’t any pool towels available when we went and we went three times. They had juice, water, and tea for breakfast but no water. Was told to get it from the water fountain down the hall. Our hotel room had dirt on the floors like it wasn’t swept. The hallway smelled sweaty.

We like the location of the hotel because we visit the nearby cities so it’s very convenient and the girl at the front desk. She’s been there a while. She’s there every year we come back and she’s also very nice at night when we check in.

Cons:

I looked forward to going in the pool. We stay at this hotel the same time every year and the pool was not opened. Very disappointing was really looking forward to it. We went for breakfast at 9 o’clock, and there was hardly anything left and apparently the girl wasn’t filling things back up because she was in a hurry to leave at 9:30. There was only enough scrambled eggs for me and my husband and there was two biscuits left, and that was it.

Nice hotel with courteous staff. Unfortunately, the other guests made our stay less than ideal.
