Pros:

Ich war zum ersten Mal dort und komme definitiv wieder. Schönes großes Zimmer, eigener Parkplatz des Hotels und die Nähe zum Rhein. Einfach top.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Super freundliches Personal. Tolle Bar.
Alle immer sehr hilfsbereit.
Schade das das Restaurant erst ab Donnerstag geöffnet hat.
Aber durch die zentrale Lage waren Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Wir kommen bald wieder.
Pros:

Super tolles Hotel. Sehr nette Angestellte. Bedienung abends an der Bar höflich, zuvorkommend und immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Frühstücksbüffet überwältigend. So eine umfangreiche und liebevoll angerichtete Auswahl haben wir noch in keinem Hotel erlebt. Der Abschied fiel schon ein bischen schwer.

I think parking fee of $10 is a bit too high. As a travel agent working for one of the largest agency in the US I can highly recommend this place. On the other hand I need to say the mattress toppers need a thump up

Gesamteindruck war i.O. - jedoch unser „chio“ Zimmer glich eher an ein Labor als an ein Hotelzimmer. Einrichtung okay jedoch die Wände und Decke sehr kühl. Es war im Schlafbereich sehr kalt - nur im Badezimmer ließ sich eine Heizung regulieren. Der Boden im Schlafbereich war nicht sauber.

Pros:

Rummets inredningsstil inte som på bilderna på hemsidan. Stor tavla med Knorrs matvaror vid sängen.
Dammigt och kaffemaskinen var inte rengjord, blev dock gott kaffe när vi fixat det.
Restaurangen stängd för övriga gäster p g a ett större sällskap (bilträff), Food Hotel kanske lite missvisande.
Bra parkering.

Reception not working all night. Hearing in the room not appropriate. Too cold. Restaurant in the hotel not working. Staff dies not speak English well. No reception service 24 h. Self check in and check out complicated.
