Very clean and no bugs. Staff is friendly and helpful and Wi-Fi upload speed is great. I travel constantly and I would rate this hotel in the top 10 stay over the past year.

DO NOT stay here! For the very first interaction it was a terrible experience. We checked in- they gave us the wrong room (1 bed instead of 2) Then after showing our reservation again we were sent to a non smoking 2 bed room- walked in to a huge sticky stain on the floor- stains on the bed sheets, crumbs all around the beds on the floor, the air unit was covered in dirt and the room smelt like smoke and weed. We went back to the front desk for the 3rd time and was changed to another room- still not hotel quality but we used it to rest our heads for the few hours we had. Before we went to bed we ordered the shuttle for 5:30am for our flight the next day. We made our way to the lobby the next morning where the receptionist came to our table at 5:35 and said you will need to order an uber your shuttle driver got pulled over on the highway - and tried to walk away with no other response- I asked how long it would be and what options no response just look after yourselves. Our $77 dollar uber arrived as the shuttle driver got back 5 mins later when the receptionist said it would be an hour- he said he was pulled over for a broken tail light and could not go back on the interstate. Fast forward when we flew back 8 days later- the tail light is still not working in the shuttle putting others at this risk. There was no remorse no compensation for the uber that had to be taken because of there fault and no response back after multiple attempts to contact this hotel to be compensated for their mistake. It was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in, NOT RECOMMENDED!
My wife and I arrived at 2AM because our flight was cancelled. There was garbage from the previous guest/victim. The hallway and the floor of the room had not been vacuumed. The water in the sink didn’t drain. Two of the lamps had no light bulb. It was a total disaster. Had it not been 2AM, we would have left to find a different hotel.
I am using the hotel for parking, flying out from Detroit airport for 10 days. Michael made the check in experience super smooth. Hoping a similar happy experience upon my return.
Parked my car there for the Airport and got the best shuttle service from Steve. Front desk was also very good.
I booked this hotel as I was flying out of Detroit the following morning. The day after I booked it my credit card information was stolen and two false charges for about $1,000 each were charged in the Detroit area to my card. I am traveling from another country and it's a brand new card so I know it was from this location that the information was stolen from. I have filed a fraud inquiry with the credit card company. I have now noticed someone else recently wrote in the reviews that a similar situation happened to them. Be careful providing credit card information here!
Unfortunately I can’t give less than 1 Star. This hotel is horrible. From check in to getting to my room the experience was awful. This hotel seems like a halfway house. On arrival there was someone stood in the front doorway smoking cannabis, the smell was overwhelming. After 15 min wait was given a room key. The room stank. For a hotel that says ‘absolutely no smoking’ the corridor stank of cigarette smoke.
The door to my room was barely secure and I could jimmy the door in 2 seconds with my key card.
Bed had satins, towels smelt rank.
Showed the receptionist how I could break into my room by jimmying the door lock with my key card in 2 seconds and he just laughed and said sorry, I’m new.
Eventually was moved rooms and the 2nd room smelt worse than the 1st.
Absolutely avoid at all cost.
I ended up sleeping in my car.

Right after I provided my credit card information; several transactions totalling $1000 were used on my credit card all within the vicinity of the hotel.
I live in a different country and was nowhere near these areas. I have filed a fraud inquiry with my credit card company and have filed a police report to view footage as to who stole my information!!!!!!!

Room was ok. The carpets were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The TV really was awful because the signal kept coming in and out so it was impossible to watch anything. The bedsheets were clean but old and stained.
Such a great experience! I had a last-minute layover. They were accommodating and so friendly. Steve and Wayne operated the shuttle that was on time and safe.
Nice room and stay. Was able to easily reserve my booking online, check in quickly to enjoy my stay. Cleanliness 4/5
The hotel stay and Shuttle service to the airport for 5:30 AM flight was very convenient. Shuttle service for return flight was very prompt

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was blood or poop splattered on the curtains. Maybe both? Everything was dirty. 4 of the 5 lamps in the room did not work. The bathroom door did not lock.
We got a voucher from Delta because they delayed our flights, and this had the best rating. They even won awards for best hotel in 2022…but something clearly happened between then and now, because I did not feel safe here. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We did not stay at the hotel but we did park there and use their shuttle service to and from the airport! The man who took us was fantastic and Steve went above and beyond expectations to come get us at midnight. Will absolutely be using the services again!
