MOONBOW BEACH HOTEL

Først og fremst, ikke book dette hotellet! Dette er det verste hotellet vi har vært på!
Det var problemer helt fra start. Vi kom til et skittent rom. Masse hår på gulvet, fuglebæsj på balkongen og veranda døren fikk man omtrent ikke opp.
Renholdet var grusomt. De kom ikke og vasket hver 3. dag som står på siden deres. Vi måtte mase om vask, og første uken vasket de ikke hos oss. Søpla måtte vi sørge for å fjerne selv fra rommet.
Vått sengetøy, hullete håndklær og sengetøy.
Sjefen på hotellet var ikke samarbeidsvillig og brydde seg ikke om klagene vi kom med, svarte veldig uprofesjonelt alle gangene og ble sur.
Etter vaskedamene hadde vasket de få gangene de gjorde, luktet det surt. De brukte samme skitne vaskemoppen overalt, både til å ta fuglebæsjen og deretter rommet.
Vi ba om kompensasjon, enten i form av sen utsjekk avreisedagen eller noe redusert pris på oppholdet. Svaret vi fikk var at sånt drev de ikke med.

When I arrived I was met with a missing reservation. That is: the manager double booked. The young jag sitting in the reception at 3 in the morning is not to blame. He did everything in his power to solve the problem. They put me up in a very bad room in the neighbors-hotel and having traveled and not be able to put stuff in the fridge (that I paid to have in my room) ruined my food. And the funny thing is, that I messaged the hotel and had them confirm my late check in just the day before. They confirmed it, and now it was missing.
The next morning the manager acted like he did nothing wrong, didn't apologize, just said my room (a much better room) would be ready in an hour - but when he spoke with my Turkish boyfriend, it could all of a sudden be ready earlier. Very peculiar.

Then I got the room. TV not working, no kettle, to slippers, no robe. Nothing that I paid for was there. And he made me pay for everything right there on the spot because it was supposed to be a better room.
This man is a joke. He is a conman, and he just acts like he has this fancy hotel. For very little extra i could get the bare minimum next door closer to the beach. It was ridiculous.
I had to complain about the cleaning 3 times in one day. And after that they just stopped cleaning my room all together. It was a catastrophe.
The other staff is nice, but the manager stopped saying hi to me because I complained (about getting what I paid for)
It is a bad reputation for booking.com to be collaborating with this hotel since everything in the room description was fake.
Oh and the room i paid for and that was pictured on the website was exactly what I got, not true that he upgraded me. No compensation for the lost first night. Instead he tried to make it seem like he would pay a lot for the room they got me at the neighbors hotel.
He is the most horrible person and I cannot stress enough that I will never recommend anyone to stay there!
Also, everything was heard through the thin walls.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever seen or heard of. Very rude staff and serious hygiene issues. Even staying here for free would still feel expensive.
