Read the small print about the swimming pool only open 6 weeks a year
Pros:

The onsen area was clean and a good size.

Cons:

The rooftop swimming pool in the pictures is only open for 6 weeks of the year and at extra cost. I hadn't read the small print closely enough. For a 31 floor hotel, I would expect the swimming pool to be open mpre than that.
