The property was good
The price was too high
The onsen area was clean and a good size.
The rooftop swimming pool in the pictures is only open for 6 weeks of the year and at extra cost. I hadn't read the small print closely enough. For a 31 floor hotel, I would expect the swimming pool to be open mpre than that.
Location
Staff was difficult to communicate. Elevators are too slow.cry
Amazing property right near Ryogoku Station
Loved the hotel, room was lovely with a comfy bed.
Was a little disappointed that the onsen was tattoo unfriendly so I didn't get to use it.
Japanese bath, location and view over Tokyo
Rooftop swimming pool is only open during summer months (which is not noted on the booking pages beforehand) and quite chaotic reception area/experience
Location
Clothes throusers was not working
