Optima opção a estadia neste hotel

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia de 5 noites neste hotel.A localização é perfeita junto de uma estação principal do metro. O quarto é pequeno mas funcional. Mas o melhor depois de um dia cansativo visitandoToquio poder banharmo nos na excelente Onsem (banhos púbicos) do hotel

Cons:

Não acho necessario o mudar todos os dias de toalhas e da roupa para os banhos publicos ,que é deixado num saco àporta do quarto.

Super clean, convenient, and practical. No complaints.
Pros:

The location was walking distance from the train station which was very efficient. The rooms were clean and practical. They were very small but worked for just the two of us. The staff were kind, spoke english, and helped us when needed. The Lawson's that was in the hotel was so convenient. We started and ended almost every day there. There are also water refill stations on every floor, which I also used constantly to refill my water. It was good tasting water too!

Cons:

The rooms were smaller, so if you have a lot of luggage it could easily become cramped. Luckily, we are light travelers and there's room under the bed to store any extra things not being used. The pool is also closed in the winter, but I read that ahead of time before booking so I completely understand. They do have a spa available that I did not take advantage of though. The Japanese culture of nudity was out of my comfort zone, but it sounded nice.

大浴場で疲れた体をゆっくりすることができました。また施設がかなり大きくて特別感を感じた！

Cons:

延泊をした際電話対応はかなり良かったのですがフロントでの対応が少し雑だった感じがしました。
電話で同じ部屋取れますのでそちらで案内しますねと言われたがフロントの方は同じ部屋取れませんと言われ連携がうまく行ってないのかなと感じた。
またその後のフロント対応はめんどくさいのかなと感じる接客でした。(変な時間に延泊した私自身が良くないのですが。)

Nice short stay with my teens
Pros:

We stayed on the 29th floor. The self-check-in process was smooth. The virtual Concierge service on the TV screen in the room was interesting and helpful. The room itself was small, clean, but cosy, and had everything we needed. Would stay again 😃

Cons:

The only thing is, to use the elevator, you need to have your key card with you, so ask for two. One should be kept in the hub in the room so the rest of your family can have the lights and power on while you are stepping out.

Pros:

La localisation, le rapprochement avec le centre de Tokyo, les équipements pratiques et le Onsen !

Cons:

Le personnel a du mal à satisfaire nos demandes, la taille des chambres est un peu difficile
