I liked the location of the property the front desk area was clean
The attitude of Max at the front desk was very insensitive. didn’t really seem to care about my upsets. I showed him pictures of how disgusting the hot tub was. And expressed how breakfast was not replaced there was nothing available just after 40 min of breakfast. He just said sorry I hope you have a good day. I wasn’t going to escalate the situation as much as I wanted to.
king suite with jacuzzi tub was excellent.
trash left in room. hotel was not very accommodating to cardless pay. did not have tap to pay. vending machines where cash only. outdated.
The price and the evening staffer.
The TV didn't work, the room was very cold, and my husband got sick during the night because he was tired from driving and cold all night. The heater didn't work in the room, and there was nothing they could do about it. He got no sleep, and I got very little. In the morning, I had to pack the car quickly because the staff didn't wake us up with a phone call as was asked. That made me late for my appointment at the hospital, and the doctor there had cancelled the appointment as a no-show. So we drove from Loveland to Fort Morgan, paid the motel, and had to drive directly back home.
Great location. Exterior good.
Dirty, worn bed sheets. TV didnt turn on. Alarm clock didn't even have a cord. Ongoing repairs, debris outside, elevators not working
Front desk man was Terrible
Front desk , suoer indian , dumb , cold make
A phoencalll , couldnt explain a charge, couldn’t communiticye
The property was great. They had breakfast. They have a dryer in a washer.
That washer was broken, but the dryer worked, but they should give if we are renting a room we should be able to use the washer and dryer with no charge
It was clean and they serve breakfast
My husband is handicapped
And the room was very accommodating
The bed wasn't the most comfortable
It was clean when you walked in the door. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was sanitize. And one thing I like about this hotel, they refund you your security deposit.
It was quiet
The entire facility feels old and not well taken care of. The furniture in the room seemed old and well used. Multiple pieces of furniture appeared to have paint splattered on it. Some were damaged, such as the TV stand that had multiple holes drilled in the top. The plastic in the fridge was also damaged.
The hot tub was out of order, which is not a huge deal, but there were 3-4 inches of standing water that was just collecting dead bugs, such as mosquitos and spiders. I'm not an electrician, but I could tell there were multiple code violations in the pool room, such as multiple extension cords that were daisy chained to power a box fan that had replaced an exhaust fan. Linking 3+ cheap extension cords is already a terrible idea, but it seems even more dangerous in a wet and humid area around a pool.
The continental breakfast was just bad. The warm items were tater tots, sausage patties, and waffles. The tater tots were dry and tasted freezer burnt, the sausage sat so long in the hot oil at the serving station that they were shriveled up and dried out, and the waffle machine was dirty and all the waffles came out with holes between the front and back of the waffle, so they fell apart when trying to remove them from waffle iron. The hard-boiled eggs were well overdone, and the yolks were dark green.
I feel bad writing this as the hotel seems like a family owned and operated business. This hotel needs better management overall. I would not take my family here again unless it was literally the only available hotel. Given the price of our stay, I was extremely disappointed to stay at this hotel. I don't think I've ever stayed at a quality inn that was this bad.
Goed hotel op een goede locatie
