Hotel vor den Toren Berlins und zum Start in den Tag ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
Pros:

Modernes Hotel im Grünen. Tolles Frühstück. Gute Anbindung in den Westen Berlins und nach Potsdam

Cons:

An diesem sonnigen Tag hätte es im Außenbereich mehr Sonnenschirmen gebraucht. Die Schattenplätze waren komplett belegt.

Unglaubliche Freiundlichkeit! Vielen Dank! Super Frühstück, absolut ruhige Lage, Zimmer mit Blick auf den Teltow Kanal, tolle Terrasse, sehr, sehr sauber, Fahrradfreundlich, selbst bei großen Feiern gab es keine Lärmbelästigung obwohl sogar darauf hingewiesen wurde.

Lack of communication and poor staffing spoilt what would have been a nice stay.
Pros:

Clean, nice location by the river, good breakfast, nice atmosphere downstairs.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room broke on the second evening of our 4 day stay. I reported it to the staff in the morning before we went out. On our return it was still broken and the room was extremely hot. The area was crowded with mosquitoes as the weather was very warm. On reporting it a second time we were told that nothing could be done as it was a weekend and no technicians worked at weekends. Seriously?

Liebes GINN Team, es war wunderbar bei euch. Der Empfang: ruhig, gelassen, professionell. Markus hat den Andrang souverän gemeistert. Hut ab. Die Zimmer? 123 hatten wir: ein Traum, denn am Ende vom Gang absolute Ruhe und einen traumhaften Blick ins Grüne.
Das Frühstück? Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir sind an beiden Tagen mit einem Lächeln empfangen worden. Die Auswahl? LEUTE, alles, wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt. Sogar glutenfreie Müsli für meine Frau Tanja.
Am Abend dann, nach unserem anstrengenden Tag einen Absacker an der Bar. Der Namen des Barkeepers habe ich mir nicht gemerkt, aber seine flotten Sprüche und die absolut authentische Art haben uns begeistert.
Es waren Fußball Spiele an den Abenden, überall Bildschirme und Bildschirme.
Rund um: wir waren bisher in Berlin, aber vermutlich werden wir wiederkommen. Gruß an alle die sich darüber freuen von Tanja und Dirk

Die Lage ist für Besucher der Bezirke Wannsee, Dahlem und Zehlendorf optimal.

Das Hotel entspricht einem gehobenen Standard. Die Betten sind optimal.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ohne Vollkornbrot und Schwarzbrot. Nur aufgebackene Teiglinge. Ein Armutszeugnis.
