Gutes Hotel in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand von Berlin
Pros:

Das GINN-Hotel liegt am südlichen Rand von Berlin und ist vor allem im Vergleich mit vielen Berliner Übernachtungsangeboten eine Empfehlung. Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Zimmer und zumindest was das Frühstück betrifft, auch eine brauchbare Gastronomie. Mehr konnten wir davon nicht testen weil es am Sonntag (!) leider kein Mittagessen sondern nur Brunch gab. Wenn man 13:00 Uhr eintrifft, ist Brunch keine gute Lösung. Aber die ruhige Lage und die guten Parkmöglichkeiten gleichen das wieder aus. Im Umfeld gibt es übrigens viele gute Restaurants.

Cons:

Wir wollten an diesem Tag ausnahmsweise einmal etwas früher einchecken, nämlich 14 statt 15 Uhr. Das haben wir 3 Tage zuvor angefragt. Der Angestellte am Telefon war leider nicht in der Lage zu- oder abzusagen und hat uns auf "morgen" vertröstet. Am nächsten Tag und am Abreisetag das gleiche Spiel: keine Zusage aber auch keine Absage. Wenn man von weit her anreist, keine schöne Situation. Am Ende haben wir uns anders geholfen, fanden das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter aber wenig professionell. Das geht besser!

Tolle zwei Tage. Jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels am Teltowkanal ist sehr angenehm. Man kann wunderbar spazieren gehen und ein Freibad (für den Sommer)ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bitte weiter so!
Das Zimmer ist gut und funktional eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lässt wirklich fast keine Wünsche offen.

Service super, Zimmer sauber, Essen lecker alles top
Pros:

Wir sind am Ostersamstag 2026 angereist, wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Zimmer im 2.OG mit Blick auf den Teltow-Kanal war geräumig, sauber und zu unserer Überraschung mit einem Massagesessel ausgestattet, einfach Klasse. Im Restaurant erhielten wir sehr leckeres Essen und hatten einen sehr zuvorkommenden Kellner. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot alles und obwohl am Ostersonntag nur bis 10:00 Frühstück möglich war (Osterbrunch ab 11:30) wurde ständig aufgefüllt und das Personal war freundlich und half, wo es konnte um die vielen Frühstücksgäste glücklich zu machen, vielen Dank. Selbst beim Auschecken wurde uns eine Flasche Wasser für einen kurzen Spaziergang zum See angeboten.
Wir hatten schon lange nicht mehr so eine gute Erfahrung im Deutschen Servicebereich, so wie unsere Erfahrungen im GINN wünschen wir uns das immer.
