Location to venue was superb.
Pros:

The rooms were very nice and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I was disappointed that it was one that didn't offer breakfast. That has never happened before.

Pros:

Close proximity to relatives I was visiting

Cons:

When I checked in I was told breakfast was available until 11 am. Sat it closed at 10 am. Monday we were flying back home and would have no way to get anything to eat, I went down at 945 am and they had already closed, they closed at 930am. I was having to taxi from the hotel to New Haven airport and unable to obtain food. Had to wait til landed in Nashville TN at 6 pm

Pros:

The staff was very helpful but couldn't fix your mess up

Cons:

I booked a hot tub room it was not a hot tub room it was supposed to be a surprise for my wife's birthday the last time I booked with you w.as our anniversary and the same thing occurred. I disappointed with myself for giving you a second chance and you blew it thanks alot have a great day

Not worth the money
Pros:

Comfortable beds and pillows & nice pool & hot tub.

Cons:

Grounds weren’t well maintained - dead bird next to the window by the hot tub for several days along with cigarettes despite no smoking signs everywhere, even saw an employee smoking.
Poor room condition - upon arrival the room smelt musty, our toilet seat was broken, and inside partially dirty.
No breakfast? My girlfriend went to get breakfast in the morning and was told the kitchen was closed due to the chef having something like a mental breakdown.
Enthusiastic staff, everyone seemed either high, void of emotion, or both.

Definitely will not stay at this hotel again
Pros:

Breakfast was terrible!! Way over priced for cold stale food. Not real eggs. No juice or milk, coffee or tea no water even. Prefer buffet breakfast for sure. Not a good breakfast at all!

Cons:

For a non smoking room it smelled so bad of smoke! The towels smelled like cigarettes the room and jet tub were dusty. O and sleeping was near impossible because there was a high pitch whirring noise that never stopped!
