Pros:

It was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Overpriced and breakfast was an extra cost. They couldn’t even give you a bagel and coffee for the price the room cost

Definitely will not stay at this hotel again
Pros:

Breakfast was terrible!! Way over priced for cold stale food. Not real eggs. No juice or milk, coffee or tea no water even. Prefer buffet breakfast for sure. Not a good breakfast at all!

Cons:

For a non smoking room it smelled so bad of smoke! The towels smelled like cigarettes the room and jet tub were dusty. O and sleeping was near impossible because there was a high pitch whirring noise that never stopped!

Not worth the money
Pros:

Comfortable beds and pillows & nice pool & hot tub.

Cons:

Grounds weren’t well maintained - dead bird next to the window by the hot tub for several days along with cigarettes despite no smoking signs everywhere, even saw an employee smoking.
Poor room condition - upon arrival the room smelt musty, our toilet seat was broken, and inside partially dirty.
No breakfast? My girlfriend went to get breakfast in the morning and was told the kitchen was closed due to the chef having something like a mental breakdown.
Enthusiastic staff, everyone seemed either high, void of emotion, or both.

Was a great time. What’s the brand of mattress that was in our room I need to buy one for my house.
Pros:

Loved that they actually had a jacuzzi in the room. That was the entire reason we chose that room

Pros:

No bedding for pull out couch, asked 3 times at the front desk, every time he told me 5 minutes, an hour later I go back and he screams in my face in a crowded lobby, very rude and unprofessional, then came back with just a pile of bed linens, pillows and a blanket and practically threw them on a chair for me to bring to the room myself, discovered the linen closet was directly opposite our room and it took an hour!!!! We didn’t check in until 9pm and the room should have been ready at 3. The location is close to restaurants which is convenient and the gym was clean, however, the stairwells looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in ages, there was food and a white powder all over them and as far as staff go, I was not impressed at all!

Pros:

The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable but the entire property needs a little TLC. The immediate area it’s in doesn’t have much around it, but within a short drive there are food options and shopping.
