Amazing !
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable—easily one of the best I’ve slept in. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The facilities were excellent, and the pool was a real highlight—my son absolutely loved it. While the hotel is around 30–40 minutes from the main attractions, the overall experience more than made up for the distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Calm accomodation that makes you feel safe and welcomed
Pros:

The staff at the front desk were wonderful.
The last lady who cleaned our room, I believe her name is Cecila did such a wonderful job.
A lovely place to stay!

Für eine Übernachtung in Flughafennähe in Ordnung
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut in der Nähe des Flughafens gelegen und bietet einen kostenfreien Shuttle-Service zum und vom Flughafen an.
Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig.

Cons:

Die Abholung mit dem Shuttle war etwas kompliziert und hat lang gedauert.
Das Frühstück war sehr spärlich.

El alojamiento estaba bien, sin embargo no funcionaba el ascensor y nos hicieron subir con muchas maletas por la escalera, les dije que tenía problemas de espalda y no me ayudaron.

Don't stay here, choose another hotel.
Pros:

The shuttle bus driver let us get in, even our names were not registered in the previous day

Cons:

1. Very limited breakfast choices;
2. Reception is not professional, they forgot to register our names for the morning shuttle;
3. Reception is super bad, they failed to provide invoice/receipt, requested many time but still failed;
4. Will not choose this hotel any more;

Pros:

Bom custo benefício para quem precisa de uma noite perdo do LAX. O shuttle é pontual e ótimo! Quartos espaçosos e confortáveis.

Cons:

Corredores até o quarto com cheiro forte de cigarro e impressão um pouco suja.
