Hôtel parfait pour nous qui étions en transit pour Hawaii.
Pros:

Pour ce second séjour, nous avons eu une très grande chambre qui comprenait également un salon. Pour y arriver vers 1 h du matin et quitter à 8h00, c'est un peu inutile mais bien agréable quand même.
Nous avons apprécié la navette. En effet, lors de la réservation il y a plusieurs mois nous avions précisé que, atterrissant vers 11h00 ce serait peut être juste pour la navette. Ça a été parfait, elle est arrivée à 23h59.
Un grand merci.

Absolutely NOTHING

Cons:

They now put my reservations and did not notify me. At 2 AM my family and I had nowhere to stay.

Larmen fra gangen, larm fra fly, morgenmaden var en joke. Og kun 1 personale til at lave den hvilket gav ventetid på 30 minutter for at få mad.

Good location. Iffy cleanliness. Crazy to charge 35 for overnight parking

They CHARGED ME 2 times for the room !!!!!!! Avoid !!!
Pros:

THET CHARGED ME 2 TIMES FOR THE ROOM. I USED TO DIFFERENT CARD TO PAY FOR DEPOSIT AND FOR THE ROOM. MONEY IS GONE FROM BOTH CARDS!!!!!!!!! I’m coming back to LA and will definitely come with the police

I really enjoyed my stay at the sonesta select, where staff took care of me!
Pros:

I liked the design and size of the room, the facilities, balcony, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, TV, hot shower, hairdryer. The staff were great - helpful, friendly, polite! There's a little shop near reception that was very handy, and a free airport shuttle bus. Location was near fast food and grocery stores.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was outside the actual bathroom, which I don't find that hygienic, and the only mirror was placed behind it - so far away that I could barely see to put my contacts in! There was no full length mirror, so I couldn't check out my concert outfit! The toilet seat was too high. Netflix tried to make me sign up for a new account, and wouldn't let me log into my existing one.

Great staff, good amenities, location. One of my favorites.
Pros:

Maria is wonderful serving breakfast and makes great coffee. She is so pleasant and helpful. She told me she remembered me from last stay . True or not true , it made me feel good.

. Then there Cynthia who explained to Markus ( with a K) what I was requesting. I had a room on first floor at door and steps. I wasn’t able to open blinds. I am an older woman traveling alone. I didn’t feel safe in any way. Markus was empathetic and helped me get another room. I was and still am so grateful for him. I like that Sonesta when I’m in LA which was my home. I like the closeness to LAX, food shopping and the beach. I like the parking so convenient. The staff are helpful . The vibe is very nice

The carpet is not so clean but that’s mostly all hotels..
