Pros:

The location and staff were nice

Cons:

The room was dirty and there was a dust smell , the bed was broken, their AI system is making life hard and not accurate, paid and I haven't received my invoice and you have to suffer to reach someone for help.

Perfekter Service wie jedes Mal. Alle Wünsche werden zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Mein absolutes Lieblingshotel, wir kommen immer wieder. Tolle Arbeit weiter so👍

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel perfekt, an der Rezeption wurde man freundlich empfangen.
Pros:

Vom Penta Hotel sind es nur wenige Gehminuten bis zur Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war groß mit extra breiten Betten . Das Frühstück war okay, alles da,was man braucht um gut in den Tag zu starten.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum sieht ungemütlich aus.

Gut gelegen für einen Stadtbesuch und wirklich nettes Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Hotel in Zeiten großer Hitze angenehm temperiert. Freundlicher Weise wurde allen Gästen Tafelwasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Zimmer war nett.

Hyvä perushotelli keskustan tuntumassa
Pros:

Valitsin hotellin sillä perusteella, että se oli kävelymatkan päässä asemalta ja siellä oli ilmastointi. Se vastasi odotuksia, huoneessa oli miellyttävä lämpötila, kun ulkona helteistä.
Huone oli rauhallinen, jos ikkunan piti kiinni.
Huoneessa oli pari tuolia, ja sänky oli mukava.
Kaikki oli siistiä.

Cons:

Varustelu oli yksinkertainen, ei jääkaappia tai tallelokeroa.
Sisäänkirjautumista varten piti tabletilla täyttää aika paljon tietoa. Uloskirjautumisaamuna tuli viesti, jossa pyydettiin täyttämään lomakkeeseen mm. uloskirjautumisen aika etukäteen. Lomake oli aika sekava.
