Excellent Room and Excellent Staff!
Pros:

The person who checked us in was very helpful and welcoming. The room was great. Check out was easy.

Cons:

The work out area needs to be expanded. Two treadmills are not enough.

With the exception of mechanical items inside the room as note, the human interaction was excellent.
Pros:

Lauren at your front desk was extremely helpful and courteous to us. My compliments to her hotel management in hiring such an impressive employee. Lauren is a compliment to Courtyard.

Also, the two gentlemen that met us when we walked in were friendly and very positive. This was about 5:00PM on Friday, May 30th. The one gentlemen helped me update my Bonvoy membership card and points. He actually took interest in making my card right by me. (Names??) Both gentlemen were very kind and welcoming.

Cons:

Screen Door in our Room 225 was broken between the porch and hard glass door. A number of the electric outlet plates for charging cell phones were loose and came off in our hand. These were located on either side of the bed.

We managed.
Pros:

Pillows and bed were good.

Cons:

We had requested handicapped help. We were told that was not possible. It would have been good to know that beforehand. At least, we could have been put near an elevator, instead of the far end of the hall. My impression is
that the request had not been passed on. Also, we had prepaid and the clerk said they did not have that record although my reservation was there. Payment apparently came through later. Bathroom setup was very awkward. At least, there could have been free coffee in the lobby.

Didn't like changing our room, but the stay and staff were very nice and the price was very reasona.
Pros:

We came in late at night and left early in the morning, but the night clerk, morning clerk and restaurant staff were super friendly, nice, helpful.

Cons:

We booked a room for five people and asked for a bed for the fifth person. The hotel responded that they would, but when we arrived after midnight, our room didn't have one and we had to change rooms. The new room had a pull out couch. The beds and bed linens were super nice and comfortable, but the pull-out couch was awful.

Adequate but not up to courtyard standards
Pros:

Cons:

Small but multiple issues which with a totalitarian per perspective. Grouting around the tub looked like a amateur application room was adequate, but not up expectations for a Marriott courtyard facility. Having lived in a courtyard facility for a year this site did not live up to the previous expectations.

Someone elses pills found on the floor upon entering the room!
Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

My child found three different pills by our bed! There were gummy bears and m&m's beside the bed and in the bathroom. The wifi did not work and all the staff did was give us a 1-800 number to call and they still couldnt resolve the wifi issue. We had to completely move the couch to pull the bed out because you couldn't get it out with where it was beside the bed. The light under the tv didnt work. Most of the outlets didnt work either. For the price of this hotel, I could ha e stayed an entire week at a motel and had a better stay!
