Cons:

Hotel was outdated compared to other Marriotts. Rooms were not as clean as they could have been. We're told in the morning there was no breakfast being offered due to catering for a baseball team.

Very disappointed- Marriott can do better than this!
Pros:

Wow, outdated rooms, outdated TVs, bathrooms that were old as well. Very small exercise room and staff at the bistro that could. Ot even make a decent cup of coffee. I would not recommend staying here.

Thanks to information on google, we knew not to expect a free breakfast ----but were surprised that there was no free coffee in the lobby----and also the price for a cup of coffee. This practice should be re-evaluated in my opinion

Cons:

couch in the room was nice to have ----but totally uncomfortable.

Doesn’t begin to meet the quality that the brand claims.
Pros:

I arrived because the power was out in my area. I chose Courtyard because the reputation for good Internet as I had a lot of work to do that I could not do at home. When I arrived I talked about the Internet and the night manager said they were rebooting it. I called 30 minutes later and he said give it a little bit more time. Limitless to say, no Internet all night long until I left the next morning. A TV that barely functions. No Netflix. An absolutely no work got done. I would’ve had a much better experience two doors down at the red roof Inn for half the price. Will not visit this or any other Courtyard by Mariott based on the total disappointment that I had with this trip

Pros:

The pool opens at 6am and is open until 11pm, the bed was the most comfortable I have found in a hotel or Airbnb. The location is in an upscale area of Cleveland and has 3 restaurants in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The bistro is a little on the expensive side it was 40.00 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees, I would suggest going off property for meals.

Excellent Room and Excellent Staff!
Pros:

The person who checked us in was very helpful and welcoming. The room was great. Check out was easy.

Cons:

The work out area needs to be expanded. Two treadmills are not enough.

With the exception of mechanical items inside the room as note, the human interaction was excellent.
Pros:

Lauren at your front desk was extremely helpful and courteous to us. My compliments to her hotel management in hiring such an impressive employee. Lauren is a compliment to Courtyard.

Also, the two gentlemen that met us when we walked in were friendly and very positive. This was about 5:00PM on Friday, May 30th. The one gentlemen helped me update my Bonvoy membership card and points. He actually took interest in making my card right by me. (Names??) Both gentlemen were very kind and welcoming.

Cons:

Screen Door in our Room 225 was broken between the porch and hard glass door. A number of the electric outlet plates for charging cell phones were loose and came off in our hand. These were located on either side of the bed.
