Cons:

I walked into my room and the first thing I noticed was a very musty smell that smelt like mold. The couch and bed sheets were wet. The bathroom had dead bugs stuck to the walls. I went downstairs with these concerns and management said “okay”. No refund, no offer of a new room, no apology, nothing.

The breakfast in the morning was difficult. One person taking orders and confusing as to what to order that would be included in room price. We skipped breakfast.

Never stay here
Pros:

The place is a dump. I bet a Motel 6 would be better. This hotel should be shut down and renovated. NO restaurant was available. Room an absolute mess.

Pros:

Holly (I think that's her name) is always so friendly. The AC works well.

Cons:

The mattress is too hard for me so I don't sleep well but I should have remembered to bring my inflatable pad. It's helps.

Don't eat there!
Pros:

I'm actually surprised by all these bad reviews. Check-in and front desk service were great - all with the same guy, but I didn't note his name. I also spoke to him the day before, because my employees had flight issues; he cancelled their rooms without fees. (I actually now wonder if this guy was brought in to turn the hotel around?)
The room was fine. I didn't notice any issues.
But - I went downstairs for a quick dinner and glass of wine, and the lady in the bar/Starbucks area seemed confused by that whole idea. I finally ordered a turkey sandwich (deciding non-cooked food was safest.) She rummaged around a fridge in the bar area, and then held out a ziplock of... grey, super-processed turkey slices, I think? She asked me, "I don't know about this. What do you think?" and a lady standing next to me waiting said "Oh no I would toss that."
Needless to say, I ate somewhere else.

Great location, amazing breakfast and good staff!
Pros:

The breakfast and location were fantastic. We didn’t use the amenities, but they looked good.

Cons:

There was a bad smell in our room not sure if it was coming from the carpet or the air vents, and that was unfortunate. We also were supposed to get our room cleaned on Tuesday and that never happened so we had to get more towels from the front desk, which was cumbersome and disappointing.

Cons:

Hotel was outdated compared to other Marriotts. Rooms were not as clean as they could have been. We're told in the morning there was no breakfast being offered due to catering for a baseball team.

Very disappointed- Marriott can do better than this!
Pros:

Wow, outdated rooms, outdated TVs, bathrooms that were old as well. Very small exercise room and staff at the bistro that could. Ot even make a decent cup of coffee. I would not recommend staying here.
