Room was beautiful! I had a terrible experience at another area hotel last year and was thrilled to walk into this lovely facility. Was there only overnight, so I did not use any facilities; but for my purposes, it was perfect.
When a hotel says "Free airport shuttle," you expect the shuttle to show. After waiting an hour at Terminal 2 and calling 4 times, being told the shuttle is "20 minutes away" every time, I took a Lyft. The rooms were tiny, the rooms were not insulated from the sound of the airline traffic, and the staff could not be bother to give a single whit.
Clean room and new facilities
We stayed in room 139. The bathtub drained very slow and the shower head flow could have been better. It would be nice to have more charging plug ins on the night stand, too. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
Loved the access to trails nearby, convenient to the airport and MOA, quiet location and the shower pressure was to die for!!
The hotel was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, went out of their way to help make guest feel welcomed and well taken care of. The food was delicious!! The area was perfect, not too busy, parking was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience 10/19

Quite commercial/business area, right off the interstate and other major hwys for easy excess to the area, convenience store just south of the hotel on Pilot Knob Rd. for gas or items, other food options even further south. Have never had a problem when staying here.
It was very nice and the rooms were beautiful.
The property is incredibly clean, friendly and welcoming, would recommend.
