Most Pathetic Stay At this Hotel
Pros:

Nothing at all. The staff, especially the Polish lady at the reception was extremely rude, she shouted at us on multiple occasions and the behaviour of the staff was infuriating. I would never recommend staying here and ruining your holidays to anyone.

Cons:

The attitude of the staff was pathetic. As I mentioned, the Polish lady at the reception shouted at us again and again. Our overall stay was a bad experience, a very poor experience, probably the worst experience we ever had, would never recommend anybody to stay there unless you want to ruin your holidays and be tortured endlessly.

Really enjoyable stay
Pros:

The property had great parking, facilities and the rooms were very clean, they have irons and ironing boards. Hairdryers and they had shampoo as a standard in the bathrooms but if you forgot any other toiletries they had them available at reception. The bar is also great with great range of food and kids eat free which is amazing

Exceptional staff and service!
Pros:

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here and found the room comfortable for a family of 4. The management and staff in the bar and restaurant were exceptional and attentive in their service and really went above and beyond for us. We were given colouring packs for our children and Harpreet was extremely helpful assisting with warming up milk for our toddler. We would highly recommend this hotel particularly for the excellent service.

Great great managers great team just good all around

The staff are lovely. The manager is a great lady. The rooms are clean Everything about this hotel is good. It feels like a second home from home when you’re working away.
