Comfortable, convenient and the perfect package for our weekend at Legoland
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff, front of house but mainly restaurant. Lovely three course meal after a long, fun but busy day.

Cons:

I honestly couldn’t think of anything. Minor detail I suppose that there wasn’t any milk for hot drinks in the room but we had taken our own anyway so easily sorted

Run down, not the holiday inn standard I expected
Pros:

It was close to the motorway and LEGOLAND

Cons:

Run down, no air conditioning just heaters which smelled like burning. Door only shut if it was slammed, nails sticking out the door frame in the bathroom.

Good value for money and family friendly
Pros:

The staff were all friendly, helpful and couldn't fault them at all. The rooms are a good size but we only used it as a base as we were out all day and just back in the evening. Good location and plenty of parking. Breakfast was a hit with the kids and was also free for them too. Good selection of food. There's a foosball table in the main bar and also colouring. Definitely felt like kids were very welcomed and thought about..

Cons:

The room was good for the price. A few of the lights near the beds didn't work and there also isn't any charging points near the beds either.

Pros:

Room is spacious and breakfast was great! Staff were professional and efficient. We accidentally booked 2 family rooms and they were understanding enough to correct it without a penalty.

Bed was comfy, room was clean that only helped with the not so nice issues experienced.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable; however, the shower flow was very out of place. The shower head was not working properly, which then made the flow trickle. I complained the morning after just before heading off to Legoland with my family, hoping the shower would have been fixed as promised by the receptionist, but getting back and checking the shower, it was still the same. Likewise, there was no extraction fan/vent in the bathroom to help get the steam out; rather, we had to leave the bedroom door open for the air-conditioning to help with the steam.

Another issue was not being able to have access to a microwave. I had children with me, and they are allergic to some foods, so we went around with their food well frozen and preserved in insulated freezer bags. When it was time for food, I requested at the desk if there was a microwave for customers I could use, and there was none. This was quite disheartening because I have been to other IHG hotels, and they make provisions for their customers in terms of setting up a microwave for customer use. This could really be of immense help and added advantage to the hotel if this were an add-on

Cons:

My complaints were not attended to; I came back to the hotel, and the shower was the same even after I was told it had been fixed.

Good enough for what I needed it to be.

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

Cons:

The location had absolutely nothing but really poor take-aways and vape shops surrounding it. If you don’t have a car it’s not worth it, you need to be able to drive to Windsor.
