The food was excellent. The beds were comfortable and very clean sheets. Staff were very helpful.
Location was ideal for our visit to Windsor and beds were comfy. We had stayed here a few years ago, so was happy to rebook.
Our television went bang at 9pm and the sockets in that part of the room tripped too so we were unable to charge devices. The bedside lights didn’t work for the stay so we were unable to have low lighting on, just the main bright light. The shower flooded the bathroom floor and my son had left his PJs on the floor to put on after his shower - they were soaked so unwearable.
The door had tape around it as if something had previously happened in the room which wasn’t pleasant.
Breakfast ok, but overall we were pleased our stay was only one night.
Staff advised they would email regarding a discount for a future stay but haven’t received anything…
Die Nähe zur Autobahn und auch zum Legoland waren perfekt für uns. Das Hotel selbst ist schon älter aber dennoch okay für 2 Nächte. In der Nähe gab es gute Lokale die Fussläufig erreichbar sind. Frühstück hatten wir keines gebucht.
If you are going to legoland this is the place to stay. I booked 2 rooms for 4 people. 2 of us were on floor 1 , 2 were on floor 8. I asked if they could put us on same floor the receptionist was amazing and got us rooms opposite each other. And our 9 year old got a free activity pack. Thanks so much
Nothing everything was perfect
The room was comfortable enough. We had Deja vue having left a Marriott Delta hotel in Swansea this room was exactly the same - the staff confirmed it used to be a Marriott hotel
The AC was ok, not great, and because the quilt was not particularly a summer quilt it was was at night despite the AC being on the lowest setting
Perfect location for a stay after a day out in legoland. Parking was great. It was clean
Breakfast was not very appetising. There wasn't much choice and it was not of a very good quality.
Hotel was clean and staff friendly
The buffet breakfast was cold, so did not eat it.

the staff here could not be more friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. The food in the restaurant was lovely as well. Overall we were happy with our stay.
there was an unpleasant smell coming from the air fan in the bathroom so we had to ensure the door was closed
Everything what we needed
From the minute I walked into the door reception the staff were incredibly helpful really kind and very sociable. It was a lovely welcome. The rooms were clean amenable. Breakfast was really good plenty to choose from.
Wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. I did notice that that behind our bed there was exposed wires from plug sockets and stuff.
