Pros:

the room was comfortable and clean bathroom walk in shower was good comfortable bed.kettle and tea coffee ect no fault with room

Cons:

lift not working bar and restaurant closed only food available was what was on room service ordered cheese burger with fries was terrible. so didn't order anything else subsequently. has the potential to be a really nice hotel but apparently just been taken over in March and needs quite a lot to be sorted out as in available food bar ect also room choice when booking ie shower or bath as some people may not require a disabled access room but may just need a shower rather than a bath with shower over.would stay again as staff tried their best to be helpful and accommodating and things hopefully will be resolved in time

Underrated
Pros:

This ex holiday inn is under new ownership and they are working hard to get it refurbished. It is in a beautiful setting. There are some harsh reviews on here but I took no notice. Spoke to the staff and they explained the ambitions they have. For the prices they charge it is a bargain, and that reflects the fact it is an ongoing project. People giving bad reviews without context is misleading. I needed a place for one night breaking a long drive and it was perfect. (Bonus there is a great pub in the village. About 500 metres)

Cons:

Limited menu and drinks but covered that above.

Very beautiful peaceful hotel
Pros:

Its a beautiful hotel in a lovely part of Bradford with farms nearby.
Car park right outside front doors, reception as soon as u enter , with toilets close by and a bar/restaurant in reception area..all so close and easily accessible
Rooms are clean and comfortable
Would definitely stay again

Cons:

The night I stayed they had security problem with bedroom doors so we didn't have a key lock..the receptionist had to let us in ..we couldn't leave our rooms till receptionist let us back in again..very inconvenient but he said it was a one off .
I end up sleeping in my daughters room because she was scared soneone might get in through night.
Im sure it was one off as hotel itself felt safe n secure.

And NO LIFT WORKING !
I was on 2nd floor too ...so we had to keep running up and down stairs to call reception for door locks as he was away from desk..no other staff available to answer phones or help
Just 1 guy managing the hotel.
Hats off to him..he was great !

Ok for what I paid
Pros:

The price was reasonable, the bed was comfy and it was really quiet.

Cons:

The hotel is fairly run down and in need of some investment. Nice entrance, lovely building, dated rooms. No bar, all alcohol appears to have been removed and unmanned. So it's running on a shoe-string as hotels go. But the price is fair for what you get. I'd imagine it's good as a wedding venue.

Avoid at all cost
Pros:

Good location near Bradford.
Spacious room.

Cons:

No hot water until after rush hour.
Breakfast was a joke. No coffee (only decaf coffee available), barely any choices of cold breakfast.
Staff attitude not very professional.
