Memorable, cosy and comfortable i will be staying here again when I come down from Scotland.

Unacceptable
Cons:

When we arrived, we were given a standard double even though we’d booked a deluxe room. There was no urgency about amending this error and it took over an hour to get the correct room ready. On the way to our room, there was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway and when we got in, there were no pillowcases on the pillows. We had to request a cot (again) as there wasn’t one in there and when the cot arrived, it was broken so I had to make a makeshift platform out of sofa cushions. The air conditioning was broken so we requested 2 fans. When the fans were delivered, one was very dirty and made a loud rattling sound so we had to switch it off. The staff attempted to compensate us by offering us free breakfast but we were leaving at 5:30am to catch a flight so the kitchen wasn’t open to redeem it. This was unacceptable, especially with a 4 year old and a 1 year old in tow.

Filthy and disgusting
Pros:

Nothing whatsoever

Cons:

This hotel is filthy and disgusting. It smells horrible. My mattress was covered in stains of blood and human bodily fluids. There was human hair on the floor. The place is falling apart and is a health hazard.

Pros:

Free parking with lots of spaces for cars to park.
Front of house staff member very helpful and proivded the correct information.

Room was okay

Cons:

Shower/bath wasnt great. Taps for the shower controls very loose!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere

What I liked most about the property was its excellent location, cleanliness, and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were well-maintained, the facilities were modern, and everything was organized to ensure a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, especially Ali and Ashima, who went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of. Their friendly attitude and attentive service made the experience truly memorable.
