warm pool,hot tub worked!
breakfast not included
The cleanliness of the hotel.
The hot tub the jets didn't work
The location. Staff was decent
The elevators didn't work most of the time. When we checked in, we weren't advised of check out time.
When I booked, it said there was complimentary breakfast, there was NOT. The bistro looked decent, but too expensive, so we did not eat there.
Overall not the best place I've stayed.
This location was chosen by the team we were a part of with our travels. The only redeeming quality of our stay was the staff. Every member of staff I encountered was kind, personable and willing to help-especially the cook who hosted our team breakfasts and manned the lobby food counter. He is great at his craft and you can tell.
They were very gracious and accommodating with all of the teams staying there. Having a bunch of little kids and their families can't be easy.
Now the cons to this hotel...
The pool is very, very small. The king with sofa bed rooms just felt odd to me. Aesthetic was just really weird with a goofy layout.
When I made our reservation, I had let the manager know how many people we had (2 adults, 2 kids + 1 infant). I was told there were only king rooms available and that it would accommodate us just fine even with a pack and play. It was extremely tight.
The sofa bed is twin sized. Thankfully 2 of my kids didn't question it and shared without too much complaining.
There is an installed air freshener system in the building (located just above the elevator doors of every floor), the scent of which would've been enough for me to not stay there. Unfortunately I am really sensitive to artificial fragrances and this caused some physical issues for me. The smell was just completely nauseating and overwhelming no matter if I was in the room or lobby.
Our room was not clean. Simple as can be. There was actual poop plastered onto the toilet bowl which was present when we first arrived in the room. Hair in the shower. Some sort of spilled/splattered liquid (possibly coffee) on the nightstand.
I find this kind of hilarious, but they actually put little tip cards with QR codes and the name of housekeeper who cleaned your room. If you're going to leave your name, maybe make sure the room is actually clean.
Also, when we tried to be helpful by separating our recycling and trash (because the room is equipped with dual trash cans for this reason), the housekeeper told us those were just for show-that they throw everything into the same trash.
Lastly, the mini fridge was also dirty. Sticky mess all over the bottom. It was necessary for me to use the mini fridge but unfortunately it was hardly cold and the freezer portion was not functioning.
I liked the location of the hotel
The fire alarms went off multiple times during our stay. The power kept going out. The pool water was hazy
Enjoyed morning coffee on balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff pleasant.
Quiet location within 10 miles of downtown Cleveland. AC/DC concert amazing at Huntington Bank Field. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame interesting. Also enjoyed walk on Pier, while downtown.
No complimentary breakfast. By 9:45am-no option to buy breakfast-Bistro onsite closed.
No shuttle available to and from downtown Cleveland.
My wife and I stayed here for two nights and very impressed. Easy check-in. Quiet stay. Great bed. Nice shower. Well stay here again when we visit relatives in Cleveland.
They promptly handled a room situation by offering an upgrade for our stay. It was an amazing experience for my daughters first out of town concert event.
We loved the patio! It would have been better with at least a firepit or a warmer.
The hot tub needed better jets and the pool was too cold.
Cleaning, and respectful hotel employees

Everything was great here even the coffee that the gentleman made was delicious. Thank you so much for the stay.
Location was convenient for our visit to friends in Valley View. Hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice. Will stay again
The room was not cleaned very well.
