Five star over the top impressive from Dorothy to Emily that one crew member was less than a 10 and I don’t say that eve
Pros:

From the minute, I walked in to the minute I left it was five star service. I traveled the world. I was never so blown away by the Marriott Courtyard being a former executive of the casinos in Las Vegas Nevada. I told the manager Emily that Dorothy and everybody there would be hired immediately without question and I was involved in hiring for many properties over the top. Impressive call me if you have any questions. Obviously they need more guest room attendance as we call them to clean the rooms.

Cons:

Only one washer and dryer but an impressive service. I wish you could have stuff to order, but I know it’s expensive when it comes to premade sandwiches I get the whole cost-effectiveness the girls at the breakfast bar. If you will not only do they help me with some personal iPhone questions they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and special like I was part of the team as if I worked there and that’s how I wanna be treated not like a VIP because I’ve been around the highest of rollers as they called them the whales.

That’s the only area they’re lacking in guest room attendants It took 20 minutes for supervisor to come for me to show that. I didn’t
actually drink a bottle of water. That’s the only negative thing I could say. They were right I was using the same bottle to save money even that I’m retired and being in Michigan is good water.
