Pros:

This hotel has some troubles. When I arrived for a one night stay they had overbooked and did not have the kind of room I had reserved. The only room they had available had a broken tv, broken phone, no soap, and clogged drains. The staff is pleasant but didn't offer help or consideration. They are in the midst of renovations so I hope things will be working better soon.

Very Pleased with my Experience
Pros:

Ray was awesome at check in, she was extremely busy, but very professional on how she handled the many people that were checking in at one time. I was very impressed with her to change out my reservation, which my company had booked the wrong person. Thank you Ray for all your help.
Very impressed with the new rooms, I was worried about getting a good nights sleep with possible construction waking me up, but that didn't happen, I SLEEP LIKE A BABY

Okay Stay
Pros:

This is a decent hotel that provides a shuttle to the Richmond airport. The hotel needs upgrading in the rooms. The bathroom shower/tub has mold throughout the seals. The room itself is okay for a one night stay. The staff was pleasant.

Justin Baynes provided excellent customer service to me upon my arrival.
