Ease of location. I thought the staff was very kind and thoughtful. The hotel was quite quiet for being close to an airport. I enjoyed the coffee but did not eat the snack provided.

Deathly wouldn’t stay here again

How close to the airport it was

Cons:

How uncommonly and disgusting my room was. I genuinely thought I was gonna get hepatitis getting in the shower so we didn’t shower and the noises from the HVAC were so loud that we left early.

I booked a Room with" breakfast included" we'll guest what complementary breakfast doesn't exist so I need them to reimburse me for it..Front desk didn't know what to say about it cause its not a thing.
A bed in Room was broken..literally my husband set down on it and so bed flipped so he ended up on floor so we got moved to another one that it was better

Best experience I've had!
Pros:

From the very first moment the staff was very polite friendly. Clean lobby area and the was very comfortable. Best part never been to a hotel where they had mints waiting for you

Cons:

The tub paint was kinda peeling and could use a longer shower curtain if your going to keep the bath tub. I know renovations are happening so im not really upset as its probably hasn't been done in the room that I was in

Pros:

The pictures do not appear to be the same. The room had a funky odor and I immediately asked for another room. Checking in felt rushed and did not feel friendly or accommodating.

Deceiving Location
Pros:

The photos are very deceiving. Outside walls are half painted, paint peeling on the covers, parking lot was trashed, rooms smelt of mildew, balcony/back door wouldn't open, sink was slow draining. We ordered a Starbucks coffee drink in the morning from the coffee bar, and it tasted awful. So glad it was only one night. We will not be returning.
