Pros:

Our stay was perfect. The room we had was huge compared to other Hilton hotels. Everything that we wanted to do was within walking distance. The staff was so friendly and amazing. It was our first time visiting DC and Brett made us feel very welcomed!

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff at check in was really wonderful. The location is pretty quiet, I would have prefer an area with more stores like CVS around. I didn't like not having soap in the room- but I was able to get one from the front desk. I prefer have the disposable one time use soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. instead of the big bottles. It feels safer to use than the ones that everyone uses. The elevator makes the place look old and so does the bathroom. There is room for improvement but I enjoyed my stay overall.

Nice, clean hotel.
Pros:

Nice clean hotel. Little tired in terms of decor/furniture but no other complaints.
The paid breakfast was not value for money though.

Staff was great. Room was nice, but small. Comfortable bed and nice lighting. Channels on tv were limited and the trash cans were really small, bit overall the room was nice and quiet despite the kids runming in the hall.

Very average; room was missing bathroom supplies (soap, shampoo, conditioner were not refilled); our rooms got mixed up on arrival (we were sent to already-occupied rooms); a day before our stay ended, our room cards stopped working.

Comfortable stay in DC!
Pros:

Amazing stay close to everything in DC. Very comfortable and very nice. A very relaxing aesthetic and art. Will most definitely stay there again!

The bed comfort was incredible in my room. Water pressure in the room
Was low. Food downstairs and drinks were convenient and tasty. Staff in the restaurant were very hospitable.

Check-in was awkward. Staff at check in seemed to be more courteous and friendly to other repeat guests. His tone was stiffer with me.
