Pros:

Clean, seems new or renovated

Cons:

Was missing chairs in the balcony and a stand for the suitcase. Also not sure why the parking was not included in the price.

If you want a clean and cool spot and don't mind lack of good food and atmosphere, it fits the bill!
Pros:

The room was very clean and had good air conditioning! Also, the staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

There was a $10 parking fee, and you could smell the trash in the hallway (i.e. diapers). The restaurant food was pretty awful and the included breakfast was more restrictive in comparison to other Marriott Courtyards in CA even though the menu was the same.
