Pros:

The bed was comfy. The pillows were not.

Cons:

The desk lady took a customer ahead of me who wanted pillows n things. There's no extra help for her to answer the phone or check customers in. She should have made her wait, but it's not a big deal. She did not tell me about the extra money for incidentals and argued with me the next day that she did. Idk. I was tired, so maybe I missed it. I usually don't miss conversations about money. They charged me twice. I'm disputing it. I want my money back.

Facilities were good, staff was excellent, always very friendly and ready to help.
Pros:

Yes, your swimming pool information was inaccurate. I was expecting a much bigger swimming pool. Also it was being decorated. The swimming pool is far to small to use.

Cons:

The swimming pool and the breakfast and dinner prices were far to high. Would have liked to have stayed in the hotel to eat but had to walk around the corner to the dinner to eat daily, all due too the prices being to high. Also you should have news on at least one of the channels, so that guest can stay up to date with latest news. To much sports channels were on in the reception area.

Great stay
Pros:

The receptionist was very helpful and made sure I was not staying next to the Hockey team that was also at the hotel for a more peaceful sleep.

Expected Better of Hilton Brand
Pros:

The location for our event was perfect. The breakfast included was good as well as the 2 older lady's serving.
The district Manager arrived or we saw him on our 3rd day and we explained our disappointments in which he was very apologetic which we appreciated.

Cons:

Upon arrival the young girl on the desk was rude and not helpful. They gave our King room away and gave us 2 double beds which were extremely uncomfortable. She stated it was bookings.coms fault for over booking. She did not give us our welcome bag or our breakfast vouchers, nor explained WiFi facilities or anything. She clearly was sick and did not want to be there. The room was in need of repairs and a redecorating and not very clean.
