Great staff!
Pros:

Darwanna and staff were fantastic - sweet people!!!

Darwanna and the rest of the front office were really great. My wife and Greyhound traveled with me, and you made the trip special for them. Always greeting us when we came and went, we felt like we were important. Thanks for making the trip so enjoyable. And for the recommendations around town. Yum! The room was comfortable even though there was a water boil notice due to city water issues at the time, nevertheless you provided bottles of water and we hardly noticed. See you again in a couple of months!

Great stay for convention goers
Pros:

Great staff and great experience. Hotel is uniquely designed. Staff are exceptionally friendly and extremely knowledgeable of local culture and dining. If you wanting something authentic and non-traditional, ask for the room on the 3rd floor. There is only one in the hotel.

Rude front desk, dirty rooms.
Pros:

Despite calling ahead, we did not have parking available. They instead allowed random Mardi Gras participants to park in their lot over registered guests. When I inquired with the front desk, she was incredibly rude. As a Lifetime Titanium guest, I would expect a bit more of an accommodating response. They do not provide a single amenity that is standard for such a level. And again they were very rude when I should even have the audacity to inquire about breakfast. Rooms were not very clean. And you have to ask for daily cleaning service. Only redeeming quality was the proximity to parade routes. We will not be back.

Great SLEEP -very comfortable beds.
Pros:

We had a wonderful 2-day stay as a couple. The hotel was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
