It was a great location staff was nice but not as clean as I would of hoped.

Clean and quiet rooms!
Pros:

Good value hotel for the Warehouse District in New Orleans. The hotel is dated and won't wow you but it is clean and well maintained. We had (2) rooms on the courtyard side with sliding door access to pool area. What was very surprising was how quiet the rooms were. No matter the hotel choice, we have never stayed in a more quiet hotel in any part of New Orleans than this hotel. The bar was never open during our 4 night / 5 day stay which was a little surprising but being New Orleans, bars are just across the street. Valet space is limited so plan accordingly if you are driving in. You do have to request your room to be cleaned daily which is rather frustrating in today's times but seems to be typical of most Marriott chain hotels. Overall, not a bad stay at all if you are only interested in a good night sleep without any amenities.

Excellent Location. Can't be it if you want to be in the Warehouse District of New Orleans.
Pros:

Valet attendant was incredible. I think his name was Gary or Frank.
Front desk supervisor was also very helpful. Jovell maybe was her name? not sure.. other desk employees were warm.

Cons:

Shower pressure could have been stronger. If it was, I would push my rating up a point, maybe two.

Great hotel for an easy New Orleans stay.
Pros:

WE came to have a short getaway as a married couple. Enjoyed the quietness and easy access to the riverwalk and restaurants. The staff was amazing and assisted us with an issue we had with our keys. We have stayed at this hotel at least 4 times that we have visited New Orleans. Overall good experience and we will be back!

Cons:

I will say I was a little taken aback with the Christmas tree. The last time we visited during the holidays the Christmas tree was center ad front and heavily adorned with beautiful ornaments. This year the tree was barely filled with ornaments. Overall good experience and we will be back!

It was a great location and it was nice for the price but i wouldnt stay there again because of the tub and elevator

The lobby and bar were exceptionally beautiful

Cons:

The elevators were rickety and scratched up, the shower/tub looked stained from years of use
