Very pleasant, I would stay again.

Convenient location, clean and spacious rooms, nice staff & lounge/lobby area.

Cons:

Wish they had complimentary breakfast and not the bistro. Even having purchased the breakfast package, there was much to be desired.

We were not satisfied with the quality of the room. We paid premium for less than satisfactory room.

The elevator was broken. Our air conditioning unit made very loud noise all through the night. It was clearly in need of repairs. The beds were too firm.

A below-average Courtyard by Marriott.
Pros:

Positive: the common area was nicely furnished; the evening front-desk clerk was pleasant and helpful.

Negative: I can’t believe the hotel was going to charge us $10 for parking in a suburban strip-mall type parking lot (but didn’t because the hotel’s single elevator was broken!); the pleasant front-desk clerk was obviously not well-trained in his job as check-in took far longer than usual; the hallway rugs were buckling; the rooms had gross old and ripped cloth-fabric headboards; the bathroom was very dated, as was the hotel room’s furniture.

WiFi didn’t work was told my parking was covered and that I would receive a discount. I did not receive either

Quiet comfort

Cleanliness, customer service, friendly staff, affordability.

Cons:

Food from hotel restaurant was convenient as weather was bad on arrival and we were tired. But it was not at all tasty especially being way overpriced. The server/cook was very sweet, but we will not make that mistake again.

Also, sink needed unstopping, very low water pressure, and why only 1 tiny trashcan with no liner in entire room? We never complained though, so no idea if these issues would've been properly addressed.
