Pros:

Good price and the room was nice

Cons:

The first staff we met was seemingly in a bad mood and somewhat rude. The second guy was nice although he didn't speak english. Another thing was that the tap only had warm water and couldn't get anything cold enough to drink, they sold water in the rooms instead.

Pros:

Room was clean, staff friendly and gave us separate air conditioner as we requested. Value with the money we paid was great and location was very good. Totally we recommend the hotel.

Cons:

The only problem was, paying double money for city tax. As we paid the hotel cost in booking.com, we paid extra money for tax as well but as we arrived the reception asked for city tax again and we had to pay again !!!

Toller Aufenthalt immer wieder gerne nochmal
Pros:

Sauber nettes Personal die Nähere Umgebung ist sehr schön und man kann viel laufen gehen in der Natur .Die Anbindung an den Straßen ist sehr gut . Super Frühstück und super Personal .

Cons:

Kann man nicht so sagen das Zimmer war Wetter Seite und aufgeheizt da die Außenwände wahrscheinlich nicht isoliert sind . Also Tropen feeling Gratis war für mich in Ordnung so mag ich es

Great stay after a long day of car tripping.
Pros:

The view from the rooftop bar in Frankfurt was amazing. Parking worked well, and we were lucky to get food relatively late at night on our road trip.

Cons:

We could have needed a refrigerator in the room, nothing else to complain.

No, I think never again.
Pros:

Checkin when quickly.

Cons:

The AC did not work. The doors of the shower was leaking. The breakfast had more or less no alternative to meat and cheese. The parking was full.

Stay away until end of August or until AC starts working again

Friendly staff at checkin and hotel manager was great, location is great if going to Messe. Rooms are not too bad, Breakfast waa ok but not great.

Cons:

night staff was a total asshole and single handedly dropped the experience by many points, Hotel AC broke down after 3 days heatwave so last night at hotel no fans to give out, 35+ celcius in room and no AC. Said it would take 2 months to fix so stay away from this hotel until end August 2026. No refunds no nothing, no minibar or fridge in rooms, 15 Euro per day parking, but free parking in street in front. A lot of mad people wanting refunds at reception due to totally unbearable conditions in the room, I lived 9 years in Rio De Janeiro but this experience In germany was the hottest night of my life, impossible to sleep. Just lying in bed sweating. Hotel should have closed down. And at least refunded all guests that asked to move out.
