Pros:

Easily accessible, we traveled to Wheat Ridge everyday for family while we were there. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived very late and when we checked in our TV didn’t work in our assigned room, they gave us a new room right away, no problems.

Cons:

The beds were not that comfortable, pillows were great and I’m a pillow snob, but the beds were a little hard. The pool area needs some attention, it was great it was open till 11pm and the hot tub was a great added amenity but it was extremely slippery around the pool, there were a lot of children there that weekend and many just left dirty towels around instead of putting them in the buckets. Parents should have been making sure that these were taken care of but they hadn’t and staff had not cleaned up at all in the pool room. The mini fridge in the room was basically a light with a fan, did not keep things cool at all. We used the ice bucket to keep a few drinks chilled and even putting that in the mini fridge did not help keep the fridge cold.
Wish the lobby had at least free coffee on hand, the coffee at the Bristro was sub par and expensive.

Great location. Close to Red Rocks and mamy eateries. Clean and comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub.

Cons:

Check in was supposed to be 3pm. We requested early no reply was made before arrival. Upon arrival, we had to wait until after 4 pm to get an available room. The app asks about housekeeping--we responded yes. No housekeeping. When asked at the front, we were told it was every other day. There were no extra paper products in the room to accommodate the every other day. In addition, there were multiple places in the parking lot where there was leftover trash including broken glass. This was left over multiple days.

Cons:

Well I didn't get to stay cause they wanted more money after I pre payed in full for the rooms wouldn't except cash for a 50 dollar despite which I was told it goes back on my card it had to be on a card I didn't have an extra 50 so that's false advertising if there is extra hidden fees I will never do this one again and I'm out of 243.oo dollars so not happy with booking dot com either

Pros:

didnt eat it as I left in the middle of the night. The A/C in my room was causing real problems. It didn't come on when I first entered the room. They brought a new one four hours later and it quit again within one hour. I left.
