Wouldn’t stay here ever again
Cons:

pictures online made this place seems so much nicer. i’ve never stayed in a courtyard before and now i know why o never did. Someone’s lingerie was left in the drawers, walls are paper thin. Bathroom was extremely tiny. Just didn’t feel clean at all. The area surrounding the hotel wasn’t the best.

Please refund for my stay

I would like to request a refund for my stay.

I barely slept all night. The first room had a loud mechanical grinding noise coming from the air conditioner. You moved me to another room, but the second room was not much better. I eventually had to turn the air conditioner off because the noise was unbearable.

After turning it off, I was kept awake by the constant highway traffic and a bright parking lot light shining directly into my room. As a result, I got almost no sleep and left the hotel with a severe headache and extreme fatigue.

I paid a premium price expecting a comfortable night’s rest, but I did not receive the quality of stay I paid for. I respectfully request a full refund, or at least fair compensation, for this unacceptable experience. Thank you for your understanding.

Not bad. I like the location. It’s close to many of the Asian restaurants and supermarkets.
Pros:

Good location to Duluth Asian food restaurants and super markets.

Cons:

The guest check-in counter doesn’t look inviting. It look more like a valet car dropping off desk.
