Pros:

Absolutely wonderful, new and clean facility. I loved everything: location, staff, cleanliness, gym and cafe. Especially the location. It is quiet and surrounded by different shops. Now I know where to stay near Ft. Lauderdale.

Pros:

Breakfast was not FREE though and menu was limited....Also the pool should be heated....was very cold in November

Room much too small. I told them weeks in advance that it was my wedding anniversary, I told them again the day before. And I reminded them again, an hour before my arrival on the day of my stay, and they said I have a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed. But when I got there, it was just one tiny room, and the room was smaller than half the size of my kids bathroom. The hotel was less than 20% full.. but they would not consider upgrading me. This is the second time I’m having an issue with this specific hotel here. I had another issue with them in 2020.
