Convenient, pleasant and good location to shops and cruise port
Pros:

Convenient to shopping - near Target and Mall, more shops and restaurants

Cons:

That they’ve cut back on the Bistro services, cash register could not be opened therefore unless you charged food to your room, you had to use EXACT $! This is very inconvenient and sometimes you pay more for the food! No
More “free” coffee, no computer station,
All but one ice machine were out for service at the same time! Shuttle service ends too early!

Os quartos precisam de update, o chuveiro tinha pouca pressão, o ar condicionado era muito barulhento toda vez que ligava vc ouvia. As camas queen do meu quarto senti que eram menores que uma queen padrão

El personal es muy gentil , la ubicación es excelente hay paz y tranquilidad . No hay tráfico .

Cons:

Que nos cobren el parking , antes era gratis y si vas más de 5 días no se debe cobrar .

Overall, I had a great experience. I would definitely return it in the area.
Pros:

It was conveniently located. Love the layout of the room. It was very clean. I really appreciated the 12 PM checkout time. I enjoyed the Starbucks in the lobby. I’m really a fan of this hotel.

Cons:

Some of the staff were less than inviting. They were curt, and sometimes did not care to make eye contact. The exception was the cleaning staff who were incredibly friendly.
