My room wasn’t clean so I had to call for it to be clean and get change clean towels and wash cloth.
I wasn’t aware I had to request it.

This has become our regular choice when we visit Fort Lauderdale!

Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. Very professional staff. Grounds and rooms are very well kept and clean.

I enjoyed my staty
Pros:

Did not have breakfast. I slept well but neighbors were a little loud at 1am. Woke me up. But all in alll the employees were great courteous and a pleasure to meet so many during my stay

Estuvimos tres noches. Nunca limpiaron el baño. Ni siquiera vaciaron los zafacones.

Hubo que pedir toallas limpias.

Hablamos con las mucamas. Indiacaron que el huésped tiene que solicitar el servicio en el front desk
Solicitamos el servicio, y no lo realizaron.

Mildew and garbage
Pros:

The good news first: the staff was very friendly and professional. Now for the bad news: the hallways were full of garbage and my room had a very strong smell of mildew. The location was perfect, as my mom was having surgery at HCA hospital in Davie.
