Overall, my experience with the hotel is positive; respectful staff, clean facilities, good location
Cons:

My problem was that my room was not cleaned after the first night. I called the desk and was told they clean the rooms every other day. I have never of this in all my travels. However, I did get fresh towels after requesting them. After considering the cost of the room, and political issues with immigrantion, I understand the issues hotels may be facing.

I have no plan to make another reservation in this property. WORST..

Cons:

The sink was clogged, the position of the bed was on the opposite side of the tv, and most of all I had bad experienced regarding with my reservation. I booked the room for the event, but when we got in the hotel and tried to check- in, the person at the front desk informed me that I don't have any reservations, and told me to go to another property, even I showed to her the address is exactly right, but when I arrived to said property and tried to check in, the two gentlemen informed me my name wasn't in the reservation list, I'm glad the 2 gentlemen helped me, they called the hotel where I did my reservation, they advised to check carefully my name, because sometimes the Booking.com wrote the name in different ways, and when the lady checked it again, she found my name, but I had no time to go back again there, and ended up me went straight to the event place and changed my clothes inside of my car. My point is, that she should check or run the computer carefully.

Pros:

The room was nice over all.

Cons:

I was unable to locate the link to navigate services for my room. There is no bar code, link, text, or even a binder (throwback) to reference to be able to order food, drinks or anything. I attempted multiple times to navigate the main website listed in the elevators but that continues to cycle you back to reserving a room. Also the sheets and pillow cases are rough, aa higher thread count would be appreciated for the price of the room. Ive stayed at cheaper places with better quality sheets and available information.

Honest review from an easy going person.
Pros:

The hotel was nice overall but a few things let it down. The pool was a nice touch and the reception staff was helpful and friendly but the bar man was rude, unhelpful and had no customer service skills initially until I told him off then he was nice as pie. Not good enough as I'm an easy going person but even I had to say something to him about his rude behaviour! The cleaning also a let down as our first room had urine on the toilet seat when we first got there so we had to move rooms and the balcony and windows were dirty despite it being a new room. However the rest of the room was of an ok to good standard, bed and bathroom was clean and it was a great size room.

Overall, our stay was horrible due to the lack of rest due to the uncomfortable bed and pillows.

The property was very clean and the staff was nice. The room looked very cozy and inviting.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were very flimsy and locked firmness. My spouse and I are still trying to recover from the uncomfortable sleep experience!

Clean room with a private balcony in a beautiful neighborhood.
Pros:

It was clean and nice. It was in a beautiful upscale neighborhood.

Cons:

I booked a double queen room and the beds were doubles. Other than that it was great.
