The staff and security was super nice!

Cons:

When we booked online, the description said there was 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Once we arrived, we were told there were only 2 beds. There were no adjoining rooms so our kids ended up sleeping on the floor. The location was questionable; pretty sure we heard gunshots down the road a time or two.

I would not recommend this place
Pros:

The security

Cons:

Website said breakfast was provided but it wasn’t. Bed side lights were not working, dirty carpets in our room, laundry out of order, pool closed and big spiders in our bathroom.

It was not what I expected from a Marriot
Pros:

it was merely convenient along my route

Cons:

The toilet was Nasty and had multiple amounts t of urine in it. One towel for two people. TV didn’t work

I would rebook this in a heartbeat matter fact if I come back to Memphis, this is my go to hotel
Pros:

I like the staff and the fact that they were very friendly and welcoming. It wasn’t a overcharge fee or anything for something stupid I love this hotel.

Pros:

The location and friendly staff. Also has good breakfast.

Cons:

Parking at the back of building and having to walk around to front of property to enter because the key card doesn’t open the side and back doors.
