Stellar Stay
Pros:

This hotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is quiet and off the beaten path, close to Beale Street, the riverfront, great barbecue, and plenty of dining.

The front desk staff were responsive and helpful, with Aramis going above and beyond during check-in.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-cared for.

Overall, clean/quiet rooms, great service, and a friendly staff made for a stress-free stay.

Highly recommend for a quiet, family-friendly retreat near Memphis.

Poor management, employees watching their phones over taking of motel , no lights on in the lobby. No advertised bar.
No breakfast. Shower sliding door falling down, would not close. Sink stopped with sewage.

Pros:

There was no food at the concessions area. The hotel is under renovations, but looks like a rinky-dink team doing it. If you want to have hot water in your shower, turn it to cold… Also, there weren’t any trash cans in the room. The front desk guy in the Night Shift Was smoking a cigarette in the entryway.

Pros:

Property was undergoing major renovation but saw no construction ongoing just delapitated building in need of repairs.saw 3 older banged up vehicles on property never even got out of vehicle did not feel safe on property.They should not list this property untill major renovations are comleted.I actually felt like surely this was a mistake but address was correct and you could tell at one time this place was probably nice but not now.Looke like something out of a Hostile movie.

I booked that place for 3 nights, including breakfast, restaurant, pool and area shuttle amenities. After the first night, i had to rush out of there. They completely misrepresented themselves online. There was no customer service (they don't answer phones at the front desk). Room was not clean (i found a big bug in my room on the first night, but front desk never answered when i called to report). No breakfast available. No area shuttle available (i had to incur expenses to move in the area to find breakfast). In 24 hours I did not see 1 guest check-in or check out. The place seemed very unsafe for me or my belongings...Please do not go there EVER! THIS IS A HOTEL FROM HELL! A disgrace to the Marriott franchise
