Schöne Anlage
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und lädt zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein. Balkon ist für uns immer wieder eine wichtige Sache. Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist sehr alt, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, hatte an der Rezeption bescheid gegeben aber getan hatte sich nichts. Eine Rückmeldung hätte ich zudem erwartet.

The staff was great but I would definitely look or a different hotel if passing through again.
Pros:

Arrived late and the gentleman that helped check in was great.

Cons:

This hotel is old and needs to be updated to stay competitive. Additionally, there were guests making a lot of noise at 1:00 am and someone was smoking on the floor.

Great place to stay! Staff was awesome and hotel was very clean!
Pros:

The front desk agent David was awesome! He was working by himself due to unexpected short staff and he was meeting everyone's needs. The hotel was very welcoming and clean. David answered all my questions and concerns he also worked the next morning when we checked out and he was even more pleasant! He deserves a raise or promotion. He has awesome customer service stills. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard hotel and we will book again.

Cons:

I did not like that there was a smoke smell in our room. I made David aware of this he apologized and provided a room cleaning sprayer to help with the smell.
