Overall it’s a good comfortable stay
Pros:

Clean and nice staff

Cons:

Shower did not work to have hot water but the tech was very nice and helped us out right away

Great stay for the price!!!!
Pros:

I had a situation with the shower and the staff was able to help me out. They were super nice and helpful.

Cons:

The staff goes out of their way to make sure that all of us were happy.

Unable to Shower
Pros:

I was given my requests: extra pillows, face towels and wash cloths, and blanket.. Front Desk Clerk helped with microwave and brought my requests to the room after my check-in.

Cons:

The water was very hot from hot & cold faucets...couldn't take a decent shower; I was in the shower but the water was extremely hot! I felt very uncomfortable. Please give a partial reimbursement [atleast half the cost] for this experience. I informed the front desk staff when it happened.
I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. Also the room was located "too far" from the entrance. I was given an ADA room that I didn't ask for. I walk with a cane. Asked for additional pillows to help me elevate legs at bedtime; not an ADA room.

Cet hôtel a bien rempli nos besoins, principalement par son bon emplacement par rapport à l'aéroport
Pros:

Bonne localisation, chambre confortable et spacieuse, salle de bain spacieuse; personnel aimable

Cons:

Mauvaise information sur les chantiers de rénovation en cours (nous pouvons suggérer un petit flyer qui explique les couloirs/ascenseur accessibles et les zones non-accessibles...la description verbale fournie était nulle); pas de seche cheveux dans la salle de bain; petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher

Schöne Anlage
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und lädt zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein. Balkon ist für uns immer wieder eine wichtige Sache. Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist sehr alt, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, hatte an der Rezeption bescheid gegeben aber getan hatte sich nichts. Eine Rückmeldung hätte ich zudem erwartet.

The staff was great but I would definitely look or a different hotel if passing through again.
Pros:

Arrived late and the gentleman that helped check in was great.

Cons:

This hotel is old and needs to be updated to stay competitive. Additionally, there were guests making a lot of noise at 1:00 am and someone was smoking on the floor.

Great place to stay! Staff was awesome and hotel was very clean!
Pros:

The front desk agent David was awesome! He was working by himself due to unexpected short staff and he was meeting everyone's needs. The hotel was very welcoming and clean. David answered all my questions and concerns he also worked the next morning when we checked out and he was even more pleasant! He deserves a raise or promotion. He has awesome customer service stills. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard hotel and we will book again.

Cons:

I did not like that there was a smoke smell in our room. I made David aware of this he apologized and provided a room cleaning sprayer to help with the smell.
