We stayed here during the first weekend of May. As I was checking the bed, I found bugs crawling on it. Reach out to the manager on site at the time. She changed our room, and in the second room, the fridge door handle was broken. We spoke to operations manager, Erica, the next morning. An adjustment of $20 was made, and 1500 Bonvoy points were added. Please see the pics attached. Don't stay here.

I stayed here while attending meetings in Windsor, CT. The hotel was a short drive to and from Windsor and had plenty of parking. The front desk and bar staffers were friendly, the exercise room had a decent amount of free weights, and my room was a nice size. There were, however, signs of the facility’s age and wear-and-tear. In my room, the thermostat’s battery almost ran out, the toilet took an unusually long time to flush, and the sink would make gurgling noises for 5 minutes after I used it. Additionally, the hotel is next to a highway, so you should plan on bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Finally, during my two-night stay, no housekeeping service was provided (which surprised and disappointed me).

The last time I visited this area, I stayed in the regular Marriott across the street. I’ll probably give that property another try in the future, as I recall that facility being newer. But the Courtyard will suffice for low maintenance travelers looking for a better deal on price.

Staff was friendly and attentive. The facility was clean.

We used our Marriott points to stay at this location the day before we flew to Florida. We live in Vermont and there was a snowstorm coming, so we decided to stay over the night before.
Caesar greeted us at the front desk and was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a list of restaurants in the area and made recommendations. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. I especially liked that there were bedside lamps on each table with lots of plugs for phones and other devices.
Unfortunately later that evening, our toilet overflowed, and I called the front desk. Caesar came up with gloves on, plunged to toilet, cleaned up the mess and took all the wet towels away, replaced them with fresh ones and disinfected everything. He went above and beyond to fix the situation while covering the front desk.
My only complaint is that i'm an early riser, and there was no coffee, tea,or water available before the bistro opened at seven.

Always a wonderful stay. Staff is super and courteous, rooms are clean, and feel safe.

The lower level room was terrible. Poor lighting, musty, moldy smell. It felt damp and poorly kept.

Staff was very borderline. One woman Brigit at the front desk was great. The rest were more like unsmiling automatons. Staff at the cafe was terrible, like we were somehow a nuisance.
Will never return to this Courtyard. Other Courtyards have been outstanding.

Very nice location. Staff were friendly. Perfect hotel for a quick stay after seeing a concert at the Xfinity Theatre.

This place is amazing..never imagined a courtyard marriott could be this nice. Bar, restaurant little outdoor area in back to sit out. Starbucks coffee..amazing. room was clean, mattress comfortable and they had a little outdoor patio for each of the rooms. All for around 225 a night. Nicer then many places charging double! If you are in the windsor area, its a must stay
