Caesar saved the day.
Pros:

We used our Marriott points to stay at this location the day before we flew to Florida. We live in Vermont and there was a snowstorm coming, so we decided to stay over the night before.
Caesar greeted us at the front desk and was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a list of restaurants in the area and made recommendations. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. I especially liked that there were bedside lamps on each table with lots of plugs for phones and other devices.
Unfortunately later that evening, our toilet overflowed, and I called the front desk. Caesar came up with gloves on, plunged to toilet, cleaned up the mess and took all the wet towels away, replaced them with fresh ones and disinfected everything. He went above and beyond to fix the situation while covering the front desk.
My only complaint is that i'm an early riser, and there was no coffee, tea,or water available before the bistro opened at seven.

Pros:

The lower level room was terrible. Poor lighting, musty, moldy smell. It felt damp and poorly kept.

Staff was very borderline. One woman Brigit at the front desk was great. The rest were more like unsmiling automatons. Staff at the cafe was terrible, like we were somehow a nuisance.
Will never return to this Courtyard. Other Courtyards have been outstanding.

Surprised a Courtyard Marriot could be so nice!
Pros:

This place is amazing..never imagined a courtyard marriott could be this nice. Bar, restaurant little outdoor area in back to sit out. Starbucks coffee..amazing. room was clean, mattress comfortable and they had a little outdoor patio for each of the rooms. All for around 225 a night. Nicer then many places charging double! If you are in the windsor area, its a must stay

Pros:

Location was good and close to the airport. Beds were comfy , and the rooms were a good size with tv, microwave and fridge.
Staff were lovely and friendly.

Cons:

The bar / Bistro was only on a limited menu when I arrived , so I was disappointed as this was one of the reason I picked this hotel , but had to order out to get something suitable for dinner.
Our room was on the side nearest the motorway and was quite noisy from the traffic
