Under constructions, unsafe elevators, filthy pool, no service, no breakfast refund.

The location of this hotel was exactly where we needed it to be.

Cons:

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. It was never disclosed that the property is currently under major construction. The majority of the parking lot was blocked off with heavy machinery, making parking very difficult. The elevators were rickety, smelled strongly of mildew and felt unsafe. We only used them once on arrival before deciding to take the stairs for the rest of our stay, even while carrying luggage. When we requested extra towels and a blanket, the front desk assured us they would be delivered, but no one ever brought them or followed up. I was in the room the entire night, so there's no chance we missed a delivery. The pool was also disgusting and completely unusable. Cloudy, debris floating in the water and clearly not maintained. Finally, do NOT prepay for breakfast. We were told upon arrival that they were "only doing drinks" because they were short staffed and we were never offered a refund or any compensation for the paid meal we didn't receive. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. Between the lack of disclosure, poor service, unsafe conditions and unusable amenities I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

coffee bar was nice, location was good

Cons:

pool was closed so my 10 yr olds didn't have access to it. front desk operator was very rude. the "balcony" rooms we paid for opened up to a huge holley bush about 2 foot from it that scratched us every time we went outside

We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Clean, staff is very friendly. They have a bistro on the premises and it’s wonderful.

Cons:

We were supposed to check out at 12. We had a knock on our door at 10:00 am asking if we were checking out by the cleaning lady. We were all actually showering and getting packed up but we did feel kind of rushed so we checked out a little early.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, when I'm in the area again I'll probably stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast wasn't included you had to purchase it if you wanted it.

Cons:

Serving a free Continental breakfast would have been very nice.

Glad I was only there for one night
Cons:

The bathroom was so small that the door couldn't freely swing without hitting the commode. The shower couldn't be accessed to turn on the water without either jumping over the commode, or getting doused with cold water

Please take your business else where. This place was my worse stay in 51 years.
Pros:

The rooms were disgusting. 1st room we were assigned was under constuction. AC DID NOT WORK. The 2nd room was a a handicap room that reaked of chemicals. No sidewalks for handicap. Cannot believe this building is in business.
