Average and needs improvement
Pros:

Breaksfast was limited. It was from their cafe. We were given one option of sandwhich and a drink. It was not worth the 120$ that i booked for the night.

Cons:

It took over 2 hrs to fulfil pillow request. The room had ants and room felt a little dated.

Clean, comfortable, close to airport
Pros:

Very clean and close to the airport. Shuttle was timely and driver courteous.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included. Had to purchase at lobby Starbucks.

Nice and comfortable stay
Pros:

Stayed at this Courtyard by Marriott in Bedford for a 3 day business trip. Check-in was quick and easy. There is a Cafe for breakfast that serves Starbucks coffee and muffins etc for breakfast. There is a Chili's right across from the hotel and a Chick-fil-A and a few other fast food places within walking distance. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Location is safe. This Courtyard is about 20 minute drive to DFW airport. Overall good stay.

Pros:

Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating, the asst mgr was a little rude, maybe that is why the rest of the staff goes above and beyond.
The hotel was clean and quiet. I felt safe.

Pros:

The hotel staff were polite and friendly. They allowed me to check in early and brought extra sets of towels and makeup removal pads to the room upon request. They even called the room after I checked in to make sure I located it okay and to ask if there was anything I needed. The front staff was extremely knowledgeable about the area and events happening around town. They recommended a few local places to check out for a birthday dinner. I will definitely stay at this property again.

August Family Trip
Pros:

I stayed here with my brother for a couple of days this month. We were in town for our dad's 90th birthday. Place was very nice, clean and accommodating. The pool was clean and well taken care of. Jenny, the bartender was the highlight. She was extremely nice, friendly and attentive. She makes a killer Old Fashion too if that's your thing. Can't beat the quality for the price point. Would happily recommend.
