The location was nice and it was very easy to find, the Atmosphere was lovely and the front desk lady, i believe her name was kaiden, was very nice and attentive she answered all me and my husband’s questions, she made sure we knew where everything was and she referred us to longhorn for lunch. The rooms were very clean and i had no issues with any loud neighbors, the service was perfect, Ms.Mary as well was very nice when i stopped her and asked for more towels. I deeply enjoyed this experience with my husband. We will definitely be coming back.

My check-in experience was extremely disappointing because of the way I was treated by the older white lady at the front desk, Rebecca. I politely explained multiple times that I had already paid through a third-party booking site and that the payment had been processed. Instead of taking a moment to verify the reservation, she repeatedly insisted that the hotel had not received my payment and spoke to me in a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner.
What made this even more frustrating is that she walked away, and less than two minutes later another receptionist called me over and confirmed that my reservation had been received, was fully paid, and was ready for check-in.
The issue was never the payment confusion—mistakes can happen. The real issue was the complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service. Guests deserve to be treated with respect, especially before assumptions are made. This interaction left a very poor first impression of the hotel and fell well below the level of service I expected.

My room smelt like mildew the rooms are really old and out dated for the price..
Location is good and the lady at the front desk was really nice.
The carpet in the room is nasty. The bathroom was dirty and had someone else’s hair all over it. There were people sleeping in cars out in the parking lot.
They said they needed a credit or debit card for incidentals and said I would get that back. Well, I haven’t gotten it back. They just kept that $20. We checked in at around midnight and we left at 9am the next morning. There were no incidentals. There’s no reason for them to keep my $20.

Entry and check-in was seamless. Agents on duty were friendly and respectful. Complimentary breakfast was good but for some reason the coffee was colder than it should have been. Rooms layout was comfortable but beds and couch firmer than expected. The TV was a bit awful, unable to access premium service. Errors when channel reviewing. Possible weak internet connections, a reset was enabled to play Netflix service. Location for restaurants are limited. Overall rating very good aside from the technical difficulties.
Stayed there on way to Florida. Nice stay, so I booked for the return trip one week later. 4/25/2026 Check out girl said that was great, she would book us at the same rate.
One week later at arrival, they can’t find my reservation even tho they sent me a link to my email address. I show her, but they have me booked under a Hispanic name with my email address and the confirmation but now the rate is $50 higher.
Obviously I’m not a male Hispanic!!!! And they said he/me has already checked in via the app, which I obviously did not do.
They said they have no idea how it happened, and said it has never happened before but refused to adjust my card for the quoted rate at initial booking. They still haven’t adjusted my rewards points. Evidently Leonel Go*******Sa****
received my rewards. I have since filed a complaint with Corporate, but they just referred it back to the hotel, which is a waste of time.

My mattress had a stain on it that I felt could have been clean or discarded. Had to get my own towels from downstairs
