Fantastic place. Great staff. Prime location.
Pros:

The staff. The staff was incredibly kind. They knew i was staying with my mom who was having her hip done at the hospital next door and asked how she was.

Cons:

The first night my mom and I stayed the beds were firm. The 2nd night I stayed the bed was very soft. Almost too soft

I Will Stay Again
Pros:

While brief, this stay was incredibly pleasant. I got in later than expected and the staff working the desk were so friendly. I was made to feel completely welcome and at home. The morning staff did not disappoint either. Everyone was smiles, my breakfast was amazing, and my checkout was seamless. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Complete comfort north of Columbia.
Pros:

After driving 580 miles from Florida, the last thing I wanted to do was leave for a snack. I needed some milk and the front desk politely instructed me to ask the lady at the bar. She went in the back and came back with exactly what I requested. I then retired to our room where everything was so clean and comfy we turned in early. The towels, sheets and pillows were simply the best. A perfect stay.

Cons:

I don't like ordering breakfast.

Enjoyable surprise
Pros:

This was an outstanding hotel for being mid-range price wise. The lobby was modern with lots of seating and a fireplace. The rooms are tastefully decorated with all the conveniences needed.
The real star of our experience was the staff. The receptionist was responsive, cheerful and helpful in every way. Seemed like she really loves her job. The cafe/breakfast staff were equally as upbeat. It gave a cozy feel.
We had dinner and breakfast at the cafe, which we usually don’t do in a chain hotel because of past experiences. This was two rewarding meals. For dinner we wanted sandwiches/salads and they were delicious. Breakfast was a choice of protein leaning or carb leaning and we both were happy with our choices. My egg-white frittata was one of the best I’ve ever had!
We will definitely be back. Dare I say, we might even go out of our way to be back.

A Great Place in Northeast Columbia
Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff was probably the most helpful in the hospitality business. The room were clean and the layout took advantage of the space. I am usually attentive to the small signs of wear and tear but didn't see any. The small cafe, The Bistro, had a great drink and small plate selection. This hotel is an excellent value. Definitely would stay here again.

Dynamic Hotel
Pros:

This hotel gives you so many POSTIVE attributes.. The Cleaning Team, Registration Team, Maintice Team and the Bistro Team are all dynamic!!! The rooms are well stocked cleaned to profection, the food is awesome and the customer service is priceless!!!
