I booked this place last minute after a long delay at O Hare. The check in process was incredibly easy and staff was friendly and caring. I enjoyed the hotel breakfast options

Find another hotel.
Pros:

Other than the proximity to O'Hara, there is no reason to stay there. Also, they fo not have provided transportation to O'Hara.

Cons:

Old not well maintained. Starting to rehab the hotel and the front entrance is closed without any signage. Essentially very limited food service.

Pros:

Conveniently close to the event we were attending. The staff was helpful with directions.

Cons:

No one answered at the front desk when I called from the room. The door into our area from the outside was not locked. This was a safety/security concern. Was there no free WiFi?

Very bad
Pros:

When I booked the room I was told breakfast is complimentary but when I checked in the employee said it's not complimentary. So I did not buy breakfast from this hotel

Cons:

There was no housekeeping done, we stayed in the room for 3 days.very bad service
