Here for a wedding, this was the host hotel. Clean comfortable, nice place
Nothing
It was clean
There were drunk people screaming in the courtyard at 1am. It woke us up and went on fire about 30 minutes. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. Then I used my cell phone to call and finally got someone.
Staff was sooooo nice and facility was beautiful
Wonderful stay the property well maintained and quiet. The staff was helpful and curious. They room was beautiful with plenty of outlets and clean. They have the best shower. Great fitness center clean spacious with a yoga area that lets the sun in. Highly recommend will definitely return on next trip to North Chicago.
Not much this go around
The place was clean updated
Precio caro oara lo que ofrece
Muy lejos del dowtown
Staff was nice, as well as the property. Rooms have a little balcony and single rooms were pretty spacious and comfortable.
I was disappointed they did NOT offer a FREE continental breakfast with our stay. When I asked if the coffee in the lobby was
Very peaceful & clean.
Online there’s a pool advertised but no pool :(
My wife stays at this Courtyard when in town on business. She happened to be there this week with Tuesday being her birthday. I called from Florida to the hotel to ask if a bottle of Champagne could be put on ice and sent to her room in the afternoon so it would be there when she was done working for the day.
Marieanne Sayre answered the phone and asked how she could help. After our conversation she made sure that a cold bottle of Champagne was in my wife's room on time.
Thanks Marieanne, you made both of our days.
Amazing staff - very accommodating, great location - will definitely stay here again.
Price
Always a good stay here. This is my home away from home when I am traveling to the northern burbs.
Nice quiet rooms, solid construction so you don't hear people knocking around.
Staff is truly great.
Booked the hotel so my wife and I could have a nice night out and see Titanic (it is excellent, btw) at the Marriott Theatre basically next door and not have to worry about driving back to our home in Chicago. Our room was fine, but we did observe some ants in our room, which was on the first floor with a view of the courtyard. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were fairly flat. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but instead went across Milwaukee avenue to Walker Brothers, the Original Pancake House. All in all, the hotel served well for our needs
Great stay!
Staff was wonderful, Room was nice and clean. Breakfast did not open until 7am, too late when you need to be on the job by 7.
For a suite the rooms were too small for us!
Room was on the ground floor looking out onto the car park, which meant that the curtains had to be drawn a lot of the time and we had to have the lights on during the day. The bar area at the reception appeared to be open at the oddest hours and, when it was open, the staff were less than helpful with any request put to them. I would not recommend this hotel and would certainly not stay there again
