Friendly staff when checking in
Location was central to so many restaurants/businesses. We felt safe in the area. We didn’t have much interaction with the hotel staff due to the setup of the entrances, but the one staff member we met at checkin was pleasant and helpful.
The room was nice - nothing special. It was clean- furniture was a little beat up and dated for a $200+ a-night room.
Centrally located, clean and staffs are fantastic
After just getting back from a vacation where we stayed in 5* accommodations we were spoiled and left a day earlier than we were suppose to. Booked thru a third party so no refund. I try to always book direct. Should know better.
The rooms were nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and it was nice and quiet. The staff was really nice and I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family!

I pick this hotel because it stated that a restaurant was available at this site, I get to the hotel and was told it would be open next day the three days I stayed the restaurant did not open and I was told there are surrounding restaurants that was unfair to me because I chose this hotel because they stated hotel on site another thing is doors should be handicap accessible there are no doors handicap accessible for $244. and some change this hotel could do better
