God choice for our visit home. Two other couples in our group also stayed there.
Pros:

It was a great location for us. The breakfast was fantastic and the lobby area was very comfortable.

Cons:

Charging for parking seems a bit much.

Pros:

Nice location and breakfast

Cons:

1. Shower area had previous people’s hair on the floor
2. Bed was SUPER hard and pillows super thin. I’m pregnant and I woke up with horrible pain, feeling like I slept on the floor. My partner felt the same.
3. No towels available at the pool at the moment I used it (around 5-6pm). I asked one staff person if they could provide some and they said they would and it never happened.

Love the area, restaurants, shopping whatever you want it’s right there. I would definitely go back. The hotel was nice too just need more elevators.

Nice quiet location in Chicago suburbs; close to ORD
Pros:

Nice quiet suburban location with spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is ~30 min by car to O'Hare, which was convenient since I needed a place to stay after having my flight cancelled.

Would recommend as a wheelchair user
Pros:

This was my first hotel stay as a wheelchair user. The roll in shower we had was very nice. The only thing I would change is the bed height was a little high. No complaints and the staff was very helpful.

The only problem we had was Ants in our Room ants was everywhere on the frist floor. I ask them to move me and my family they did. To the 2nd floor . They need to get someone out thare on a regular bbasis basis to spray
