Pros:

Quite, no traffic noise

Cons:

Although the rooms are nice and we're renovated since the last time I stayed here. They hotel layout is interesting. If your staying on the opposite side of the hotel the elevator is quite the walk.

Worst
Pros:

Worst experience ever. Both Booking.com and Courtyard made the worst experience. Will never book again for these two.

Cons:

Starting from reservation to calling them lots of times to get in touch with them and still no proper response by them.

Solid property, convenient location, friendly staff. Definitely will be returning.
Pros:

Check-in was swift & painless. The property is located very near great shops/restaurants. It’s located close to a highway providing quick and easy access to major commuter routes. My room was clean and updated. The front desk staff were helpful/courteous making check in, a breeze. Once in my room I requested more towels and promptly received them . The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. The shower water got plenty hot after letting it run for 2-3 minutes. Overall, very pleasant accommodations for both business, & leisure travel. 5/5

It is an attractive hotel.

Cons:

The elevators are inconvenient to rooms down at the end of the hall. Also, we did not receive cleaning service of our room while we were there.
