This was nice
They didn’t have our booking. We were going to have to buy two additional rooms. Confirmation number was given. He just kept saying we are having problems with Booking.com. Thankful before we bought 2 additional rooms, the manager came over and found us. It was late and we wanted to go to bed. THEN at the end, he said to swipe my card to pay for room. I told him that I’ve paid for the room. I refused to pay again. He got manager and he came over, didnt clicking on computer and gave me a thumbs up.
I’ve never had this happen before, it was embarrassing. He said, it was because my first and last name was switched around but I reminded him that he had the confirmation code.
Room was booked abt an 1 1/2 hr before arrival.

The reason I rented this property was because they had an indoor and outdoor pool. Unfortunately, I stayed four nights and neither pool was functioning during my entire stay. The gym was quite nice, but there was an empty container of wipes that was never replaced during my four nights either so no way to clean equipment. The rooms had been recently updated and were nice.
The only reason we stayed at this hotel was for the pool but it was out of order. The hotel was stinky and old and waaaaaaay out dated. The rooms didn’t have trashbags in the trash cans. They over charged me $43 too. We loved the area but unfortunately will not be staying here ever again. The rooms do have a nice patio though.
