probably would have enjoyed my stay if I was able to stay
Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms

Cons:

Did early check out due to a death in the family and wasn’t refunded the days left when I’ve only stayed ONE night(booked for four). Booked through booking.com and they’ve reached out SEVERAL times via email and phone calls to Courtyard to resolve the issue and it’s fallen on deaf ears. I just wish I could be refunded. I’ve paid for days I’m not there.

Lovely hotel and fairly priced!
Pros:

Rooms were very clean and up to date.
Lobby lovely and hallways clean and fresh

Cons:

Breakfast included and much variety but girl in charge was very sullen at first and attitude was we were bothering her.

Amazing !!!
Pros:

It’s very rare you get exceptional service these days and are able to write an amazing review , but I am reviewing because this hotel and staff truly went above and beyond. We were stranded in Charlotte due to canceled flights and after a long day of airport frustration and waiting for a rental car for hours and then traveling in the snow we arrived at this hotel cold, tired and deflated. The staff was immediately friendly when we walked in , greeting us with a smile and getting us checked in quickly. They offered us a bottle of water and snack. We then had dinner in the Bistro along with many other stranded travelers, they were so busy , but helped everyone with a smile and fed everyone quickly , the service was excellent, the staff was amazing. The next morning we came to the Bistro for breakfast only to find those same people working , they had never left due to the weather. I spoke to the women who checked us in and asked her if she had to stay there all night !? She said no I GOT to stay here last night and smiled and immediately asked how we were doing. They then offered us any toiletries we needed since our luggage was lost at the Airport. It was such a crazy several hours I can’t remember all of the employees names but Thank you to all the employees that worked January 31st and February 1st, you truly made an awful situation so much better with your amazing customer service, friendly smile and warming conversation. We are truly grateful for all of you!! When I am in Charlotte (hopefully for better reasons next time) I will be staying here, and recommend to anyone staying in Charlotte in that area !!

I would stay here again!
Pros:

My daughter and I were traveling by ourselves and checked in very late. We felt very safe parking and unloading our car.

Cons:

The breakfast bistro closes at 9:30. This wasn’t an issue for us, but others did come up after closing and were turned away. It should at least stay open till 10. 9:30 seems so early.

Was wonderful and will be staying at this location twice a year now! I will never book anywhere else in Charlotte!!!!
Pros:

The front desk associate was super friendly and helpful at check in. Was able to answer any questions we had! The room was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!! Every nook and cranny was clean! I have paid 3 times this amount for a hotel in Charlotte that was absolutely not clean!!

Cons:

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like!

I would recommend and stay again when visiting Charlotte.
Pros:

Loved the cozy fireplace outside. Bed was comfortable and like having a balcony. Loved divided shower/toilet area from the sink/mirror are which was very convenient for four women getting dressed.

Cons:

Only the small elevator and it was shaky.
