Amazing !!!
Pros:

It’s very rare you get exceptional service these days and are able to write an amazing review , but I am reviewing because this hotel and staff truly went above and beyond. We were stranded in Charlotte due to canceled flights and after a long day of airport frustration and waiting for a rental car for hours and then traveling in the snow we arrived at this hotel cold, tired and deflated. The staff was immediately friendly when we walked in , greeting us with a smile and getting us checked in quickly. They offered us a bottle of water and snack. We then had dinner in the Bistro along with many other stranded travelers, they were so busy , but helped everyone with a smile and fed everyone quickly , the service was excellent, the staff was amazing. The next morning we came to the Bistro for breakfast only to find those same people working , they had never left due to the weather. I spoke to the women who checked us in and asked her if she had to stay there all night !? She said no I GOT to stay here last night and smiled and immediately asked how we were doing. They then offered us any toiletries we needed since our luggage was lost at the Airport. It was such a crazy several hours I can’t remember all of the employees names but Thank you to all the employees that worked January 31st and February 1st, you truly made an awful situation so much better with your amazing customer service, friendly smile and warming conversation. We are truly grateful for all of you!! When I am in Charlotte (hopefully for better reasons next time) I will be staying here, and recommend to anyone staying in Charlotte in that area !!

I would stay here again!
Pros:

My daughter and I were traveling by ourselves and checked in very late. We felt very safe parking and unloading our car.

Cons:

The breakfast bistro closes at 9:30. This wasn’t an issue for us, but others did come up after closing and were turned away. It should at least stay open till 10. 9:30 seems so early.

Was wonderful and will be staying at this location twice a year now! I will never book anywhere else in Charlotte!!!!
Pros:

The front desk associate was super friendly and helpful at check in. Was able to answer any questions we had! The room was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!! Every nook and cranny was clean! I have paid 3 times this amount for a hotel in Charlotte that was absolutely not clean!!

Cons:

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like!

I would recommend and stay again when visiting Charlotte.
Pros:

Loved the cozy fireplace outside. Bed was comfortable and like having a balcony. Loved divided shower/toilet area from the sink/mirror are which was very convenient for four women getting dressed.

Cons:

Only the small elevator and it was shaky.

However, the hotel charged $124.62 for one night, plus a $100 cleaning fee (without prior notice), plus a $70 pet fee (without prior notice), totaling $294.62 for one night, for two people in a pet-friendly room where there was no mess, as my dogs pee on a training pad and are very well-behaved. I felt cheated and deceived. The breakfast experience was not good because they say breakfast is included, but they charge fees for absolutely everything without informing the customer. I complained on Booking.com and am awaiting a resolution and a refund of the money that was deducted from my card without prior notice. In short, I do not recommend hotels that are not transparent with their customers.
