Pros:

Room service knocked and then came in our room at 830am. There has to be a way to keep your staff from disturbing guests.

Cons:

Day after day light savings time, so we got woke up at what felt like 730. This was our quick vacation and it would have been nice to sleep in.

I felt that as a single female traveler I was given an inferior room and was met with sarcasm and hostility from the fro

Close to Union Station and the 16th Street Mall shuttle.

Cons:

Front desk staff was rude and housekeeping non responsive. Summer weight bedding, no extra blankets, and no racks for suitcases.
