The hotel was clean, well thought out, and accessible. The staff was terrific —friendly, efficient, great to deal with.
I had paid for the room through booking.com for ourselves, and also for the room for the family members traveling with us. On check-in, the staff member initially tried to charge me again for a room I had already paid for. When I pointed that out to him, he fixed the issue and then said they needed to put a temporary charge on my card for incidentals. In fact, after leaving, I discovered I had again been charged for a room I had already paid for —and after I had pointed out the issue. I called Marriott customer service and asked for a refund. I was told a manager would have to review the issue. Meanwhile, our daughter was also charged for a room I had already paid for. So Marriott’s payment system is not synced with a major service like Booking.com?? Seems pretty inept to me. And note that Marriott’s customer service agent didn’t have access to Booking.com to verify the payment. These are serious systemic errors in workflow. Marriott, next time it’s Hilton for me. But you should still fix the issue. There’s still time avoided permanently losing other Booking.com customers.
Of course, since this was all so screwed up, to use the polite term, very likely no one will read this feedback.
Well-located for flights with large rooms. Shuttle service was fine.
Shower. Hot water took forever and shower curtain was too short so water got out on the floor.
Convenient location and great staff
WiFi was absolutely terrible
Convenient location
Todo Okk
Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the airport (I flew into LA late evening and out the next morning).
I checked in very late (evening flight arrival) around midnight…yet…my room was STILL not ready…
I went to my room to find it being cleaned. Staff however, quickly allocated me to an other room.
